- In this video, the GOHUNT team drives north to assist the Nevada Department of Wildlife with a test and remove bighorn sheep capture. During this sheep capture, the sheep are equipped with radio collars, and a handful of metrics are taken to test for disease, such as body fat percentages and blood samples. The data obtained during the capture is used to assess the sheep's health and determine if the sheep are sick with pneumonia.

Great Job guy's 👍
Awesome !
Great stuff. Way to showcase the hardworking men and women that research and dedicate their lives to bettering these species.
Thank you! Truly an amazing experience to help and document some of their amazing work. Thanks for watching.
We also had a similar case out here in so cal. I thought this was an isolated event. I participated in this year's survey, and im happy to report that our local heard in our local range is healthy and thriving. Great work gohunt crew!
That is absolutely great to hear that the herd there is doing better! Appreciate you helping out as well.
Where do they get their funding
Sad circumstances but an awesome project. Hopefully that here gets turned around. Don’t have to look very hard to realize sheep need all the help they can get.
awesome I hope you keep us updated on how the sheep are making out and pray they dont lose anymore, its never good news when we start losing such large numers of our ig game animals , especially the sheep and goats , why would they get pneumonia , rather odd ,
Ill probably never hunt desert sheep in Nevada, but thanks for volunteering to help these awesome animals!!!!
