Should Blackpool Pleasure Beach open during the winter? Cold & wet but lots of fun 🥶

We stayed over in Blackpool for the last weekend before the Pleasure Beach closed for the winter.
Why do they close in the winter (hint was given the following day along with a huge storm that literally took Hetty off her feet)
Would you visit the Pleasure Beach through the winter?

Watching the video, it occurred to me that visiting Blackpool Pleasure Beach even in winter would be a really enjoyable experience.
Of course, you have to take into account the fact that the weather is cold so you need to dress well, but the line is short so you can enjoy the rides you want to your heart's content, which is a big advantage.
I would like to visit in winter and have a thrilling experience.
There are also a variety of indoor amusement rides, so you can have a good time regardless of the weather.
It may be cold, but I think you can make even more special memories with your loved one.

We loved our winter trip there, wrap up warm, take a poncho, grap yourself a hot chocolate and warm donuts and enjoy.
Like you say no queues are an immediate advantage. We also did Alton Towers on a rather rainy day and had the same sort of experience plus it adds different sorts of memories, ours being do you remember how funny it was we were already drenched before going on any water ride 🤣
