Magnus Plejdrup: Randers (premiere)

Randers was composed for Randers Kammerorkesters (The Danish Sinfonietta) composer competition on occasion of their 75 years anniversary. The piece is built upon five locations in the city of Randers, attempting to transcribe their physical appearances into distinct sonorities. The piece won the audience prize at the competition.
