Idea: literally just a cycling deck, but it cycles cards to get triggers for "draw a second card each turn". You could use the Irencrag Pyromancer (lightning strikes something whenever you draw a second card) and that one faerie enchantment.
Literally the first deck fought against here. Less cancerous than pure cycle, or free cycle + thassa's merfolk tho
Mutates only weakness is removal, so thank god there isn’t a mutate card that gives hexiproof.
