First time I don’t agree with the judgment. I think the plaintiff should’ve won. He paid $700 and didn’t get what he was promised. And to add insult to injury he was left alone for 20-45 minutes.
I kinda get where the plaintiff was coming from. He felt comfortable with the person he spoke with and after 45 mins of waiting in the cold with the event only being 2 hours any person would have left. Sad that he didn’t have a care taker or friend to assist him
@@sandrarice4197 Sometimes I do get anxious when I anticipate something or something unexpected happens. So, it's best to find ways to calm yourself instead of clouding yourself with negative energy.
There's No way this man paid for a VIP ticket and left the event. He felt abandoned, cold and left alone . I would have left too. He had all intentions on attending this event. The judge was wrong. I wouldn't want a kid escorting me up a steep incline in a wheelchair.
I wonder if the disabled person was one of her parents, would she grant the same decision? The man paid too much money for what he didn't receive. What a shame. No Compassion or Kindness for the disabled.
C'mon Mablean! How can you do that to that man? He is elderly and disabled. He had every right to act that way especially if he paid VIP for over $700. That host or whatever should've been doing the most for an event that cost so much. He spoke to you directly and you TOLD him that you'd deal with him personally. The son most likely was inexperienced much less down hill parking lot. He did his part and came early. If you couldn't do it then get some professional help. Heck for over $700 you should've. I'm pissed at that one.

That plaintiff was just too crabby. I know of other elder people who behave like that, including my grandmother who suffers from OCD.
