American Sneaks Into VRChat CHINA with Perfect Mandarin, Hilarity Ensues

  • Today I snuck into the Chinese version of VRChat to conduct a funny social experiment - would the average Chinese VR user believe that an American can speak fluent Mandarin? And if so, what would they think about him? How would they relate? Would they like it? Think it’s weird? Well, I went and found out! People’s reactions to this prank of sorts were absolutely hilarious and I also made some genuine connections with people. The experience really moved me and I hope you all enjoy the video!

Hey, man! I just started watching your videos, and I have been like watching your videos like crazy. Just seeing people look at you with a sort of indifference, and then their demeanor immediately becomes friendly. I love it. Seeing these make me wanna learn Chinese, Korean and Japanese. I learned like, just words of Japanese. All that anime, and I took 5, maybe 6 words from it. Lol Sharing languages just brings such a connection among people, and you do it all the time. Keep up the great work. 😊
