I get that same feeling of my heart skipping a beat when im doing something ive never done before for a client. I am not a very stressful or anxious person but man when it comes to making sure the client is satisfied my heart skips a beat every time haha.
Most definitely agree with you on that man! Appreciate you for sharing
like its supposed to do, it means you're giving it your all.....
I was so nervous for you. We have some life jackets to do, and I'm terrified! Thanks for the positive words, and another great video!
Good luck you got this🙌🏽
Awesome job. Nerves of steel to do that. 👍 I'm sure the client was thrilled.
That first bag was quite the emotional rollercoaster lol was happy for you when it came out looking clean! Keep up the grind g your hard work will pay off
Oh yeah it definitely was.. haha thank you so much🙏🏽

Good job and YES (!!!) Nick Wood is a very knowledgeable guy and a super nice one too ! I first met him when he worked at Ryonet in 2009 (I think)
Thank you! And definitely a super cool guy! He sold me my Riley Hopkins press back when he was with Ryonet
That was awesome! when you were unsure on the first bag, I could feel the apprehension and uncertainty! I've been there brother, but it was for $50 hoodie blanks! Glad they came out dope, hope you charged enough for all your hard work!
Mannn tell me about it! Glad your hoodie blank went well!
Cool, Nice job as always.
Thank you!
Great Job Bavv. Another job done and plenty of more to come. On top of your process with this particular job I may have a few tips and suggestions that may help you aswell.
- using a pallet to that size I believe a youths/kids size pallet does fit that 7"to 8" print that way you save yourself the extra lift and hassle of flattening the side/front straps.
- when printing your first Real Item you can use Clear Tape to cover the part where the Print is going to land and Print over the Tape. That way you get an actual visual representation of how and where your Print looks and lands.
- based on my experience water proof items I tend to Pre-treat with Rubbing Alcohol. Right before I Print I rub with alcohol/flash/Print. It helps.
It's a tedious slow Delicate process and someone has to do it. Great that you are jumping in. What I do when I get this jobs is I have 2 pallets across from. Each other with the Flash at a low temp. And that makes a big difference.
Stay Busy. TK

@@baavproductions gotta question for you man. What's the best way to get a dark room goin? We want to start using emulsion but don't have a dark room. Also do I need the yellow light? Isn't there an emulsion that doesn't react in like normal LED shop lights?
Definitely feels good to be watching your videos again... What printer and ink toner brand do you use to print your film positives? Can you please make a video on that??
Happy to hear! I use the epson t3270 printer
Excellent 👏👏👏 Bro, o need some custom boxes 📦 can u do it? I follow another CZcamsr who make screen printing for custom box 📦 but he live in Canada, I need local people to do this job, I’m living in Miami.
Custom boxes isn’t a service I offer unfortunately but we’ll see what the future holds!
@@baavproductions Basically is the same thing that u did in this video, I can send you a link from other video to have a clear vision of what I’m talking about.
A solvent ink may have worked as well. It would've saved time to air dry
Good to know! This was already dry after the flash but I just laid it out to be safe
@@baavproductions with solvent inks you don't need flash. They air dry pretty quick. I printed on some small zip bags and ran them pretty quick using this method.
Interesting, great to know appreciate that
what brand of solvent ink do you recommend? i’m looking to print in my bags
@@teesprintandapparel I use 9700 series from nazdar
Why wouldn't you use both hands for even pressure?
Where do u order most ur shirts from ? Also what temp did u cure at
Should have used some Nazdar GV vinyl ink. Would have air dried without using the flash.
Good to know. Considering it’s an air dry ink how well would it have lasted?
@@baavproductionsit would last years. I use it weekly for Vinyl material printing.
Good to know, will definitely look into it
🔥🔥🔥 CHICO 💯💯💯
Appreciate you🙌🏽
Hi baav how are you, this ink for bags is a plastisol ?
Where do you go to find print jobs?
Wow
Thank you
Hi!! Thanks for this video!! I have been searching a big while for this!! 👏🏽👏🏽
I have questions… I have damaged a few bags 🙄 (which are mine)… is there any way to clean it up? Cause once is heated… is very difficult to get it out 🥴
Now I make sure logo looks good before the heat but… got a pack of damaged bags that would like to reuse it. Any suggestions? 😬
#imnewbie 🙋🏽♀️😅
What temp did you cure? Any dye migration issues? Congrats on pulling it off.
Did not run into any dye migration for this job
What’s the name of the stuff you used and what’s the best ink and materials to use it with
I casually mention and show the inks and additive I used in the video.
Or you could’ve use you pallet things to do 4 at a time and it want move
Could have but speed wasn’t my priority on this. Wanted to ensure each bag was printed correctly and cured correctly
Make a custom platen next time.Just easier.
What kind of catalyst was that? Typically catalyst is used for nylon. That looks like a different material, maybe vinyl? Either way there are a lot of better inks that are more durable than what you used. And by the looks of the bags durability is something necessary. I own one of the biggest contract printing companies in the southwest I’ve been doing this for a long time.
It’s a nylon binding catalyst for sure. The material of the bags is tobatex. Durability is definitely necessary and bags seemed to have held up well after testing it out and checking for durability.
what inks would you suggest??
That batch you got is 10k
Well when you put it that way🤯 it’s a good thing the customer supplied them
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🖤
✊🏽✊🏽
Can i start Tshirt printing with heat press and vinyl cutter?
You most definitely can
@@baavproductions Thank you am looking forward to get a startup setups😊

Hahahaha most definitely but all worked out!
