In this video I take you all along with me in doing a 5 color screen print on 300 Los Angeles apparel streetwear oversized t-shirts from start to finish!
From making the screen printing screens to getting the multi color screen print registered and starting full production! Furthermore getting each shirt folded and poly bagged for that retail finished look!

Your stuff always looks fire and the packing on these make it even better as a customer…. Have you ever tried doing custom boxes with screen printing. I think you would get a lot of people fired up and wanted to return right away if you customized the exterior of you boxes.
I appreciate it🙌🏽 I actually did used to have custom boxes that I screen printed my self but never got around to getting new ones printed. Definitely need to get back on that cause it for sure would get customers fired up

A box cutter is really supposed to be used to cut the boxes into pieces they actually make a tool for opening the tape of a package. I learned about it when I worked at the gap warehouse like wtf is this n why do I not know of this 🤣
Dang! Will have to look into that but I feel like most people just use a box cutter but either way a cardboard piece on top would of saved the day but it’s all good haha

What shirt brand you are using for printing
you should let us know how much we can make off a order like this for inspiration.. not exactly your prices/profit but a ball park figure
When doing multiple layers what size mesh are you using? Look like Underbase is maybe a 160 one the others are a different size
Under base on this is 156 and top colors are 230 mesh
What software do you use for your design
