Running in the base path is such a bad rule. The base is in the field to play so you have to come in the field of play. What they can do it something like college softball which they have a second base which is only good for running to first base from home plate and that’s where the runner tags if he’s running through the base. I mean it always seems like there’s one or two games a year where this rule goes against a team
We really need to mic up the coaches and umps. Jomboy reads lips with the best of em but still would be nice to hear exactly what's being said during these exchanges.
The first ejection was him being mad for the most unfair rule in all sports. What was he supposed to do? I’d do the same thing that manager did if that was me.
When Gallo is one of 8 guys competing for 7 positions and he's in a season-long slump, that's just what happens. Hopefully he starts hitting better so he can start more games.
