    Sir aapne cholesterol ko kum karne ke 3/4 tareeke batae hain to inme se kisi ek hi method ko follow karna haina ?
    Agar sab karne lage aur cholesterol teji se kum hone laga to wo bhi to theek nhi Hai na ?
    Sir ek baat aur , Mera fatty lever h jb ki Mai koi aisa bhojan nhi leta. Kya ye cholesterol ( ecospirin AV 75/20) ke Karan to nhi h kyon ki ye medicine Mai 20 years se le rha. 😢 mere doctor ne is medicine ko band Kar diya aur ecospirin plane khane ko Bola Hai.
