Agar sab karne lage aur cholesterol teji se kum hone laga to wo bhi to theek nhi Hai na ?
Sir ek baat aur , Mera fatty lever h jb ki Mai koi aisa bhojan nhi leta. Kya ye cholesterol ( ecospirin AV 75/20) ke Karan to nhi h kyon ki ye medicine Mai 20 years se le rha. 😢 mere doctor ne is medicine ko band Kar diya aur ecospirin plane khane ko Bola Hai.
Alsi wallnut or garlic ek sath le sakte hai ya ek hi cheez Leni hai.
