- The next stop on this road trip is Cheyenne, Wyoming, where the Skinners are staying at the Curt Gowdy State Park. The views in the State Park are absolutely beautiful, and the Skinners' Buzz Bikes were the perfect method of transportation for a little bike tour around the park.
After a nice night by the fire, it was time to take the dogs on a walk to see more of what the park has to offer.... well, the walk turned into more of a hike. The time at Curt Gowdy was nice and relaxing, but it’s time to hit the road again!

You're close to Medicine Bow WY.. Teddy Roosevelt stayed there at a Hotel.. that is still open. Medicine Bow is a good detour if you don't want to climb your heavy rig up Sherman Mountain. Only 15 miles further than the interstate and much faster/no climbing/no crawling/no overheating.
