Hi could I ask why you don't use the highest settings for the quality of your videos? Dose this make a difference
    Thanks

Personally I think it's a good balance of quality and file size. I want small files for fast transfer and uploads.

How to increase the video resolution ? I use ipad and lumabooth but the videos quality is not perfect 😢

The highest resolution is 1080. You probably need to add more light.

hi, I put the same settings as in the video, except that my video is giving me 24 seconds 😅 and I would have to give the same 17 seconds as in the video, I put everything the same. is there any way to fix this?

I have to say, if you put everything the same your video wouldn't be longer. Now with that said, my record time is 8.5 seconds and with reverse and the various slow motion sections, my overall video is about 20 seconds.

Thanks. How do you capture the whole body - head to feet? I thought videos would look better that way.

It's how you position the camera and arm. You'll also want to make sure you're doing a portrait capture setting and that you're using an Ultra Wide Lens on the device.

Hi I have a question. Do you hit the record button each time to record is there a way to enable it through another device?

    • @photoboothinfocom

Hi. There is a setting in LumaBooth to start recording on motion. So you simply start the arm spinning, and the software starts recording right aways. I have the countdown set to 0. Then you just stop the arm after the recording time is done. So mine is set to 8.5 seconds, so I just stop the arm and it gets ready for next session.

How much time are we talking about? It does take time to transfer files and process files.

Hi, can i ask u something? How can i put my logo on the vídeo?

In the capture settings, there are multiple types of overlays you can add. A transparent PNG is the easiest.
