  • This videos shows how to setup Offline QR Code File Sharing when used with LumaBooth or DSLRBooth. This is used for sharing files when no internet connection is available. A wifi router is still required, but an internet connection is not required.
    Suggested Router: TP-Link AC750: amzn.to/3yGHfcT

    Thank you for the very helpful video!
    I want to buy a photo box with dslrBooth and then connect it to LumaShare via its own network. Two questions about this:
    1. Can I also select “Print” on the LumaShare iPad and use it to control the printer in the photo box (which is connected to the dslrBooth tablet)?
    2. Can I also set LumaShare to only show the current photo and not allow people to access previous photos?
    Many thanks for the help!

      Hello. Yes, I use an iPad running LumaShare. Typically this would be connected to a device running LumaBooth or DSLRBooth. If you can't access the link, then you are not properly setting up the wifi information needed in the Offline QR Code section. You should be providing your own wifi network using a router. I recommend a router in the video and provide a link in the description. If you have more issues, feel free to reply.

    I just bought the videobooth360 and I bought the tplink for offline connection, I’m having problems because when I get the two qrcodes I can’t connect to the network even if in the lumashare settings I didn’t put password you know what I could do ?

    • @photoboothinfocom

      You need to enter your wifi information into lumashare. This would be the SSID and network password that you set in your router. This is required so that guests can connect to your wifi and download the files.

    Hello, I have dslrbooth for 360 video and one android tablet(useless I think). I want to buy an Ipad and the subscription, but I read some things about lumashare that having problems for android devices(the video having bad frame rate) and also here in comments that there is no download button for iphone devices. Did they solve the problem? Everything its working well for android and ios? Thank you for answer :)

    • @photoboothinfocom
      @photoboothinfocom  Před rokem +1

      I have seen no issues with android receiving files. As for the no download button, that has to do with a change with iOS. In the past the did not allow the download button to work, and you had to click and hold on the video to save it. Now iOS changed that, so the click to save doesn't work. I will have to test to see if LumaShare offline QR Code sharing has been updated to allow for iOS devices to save the file.

    • @photoboothinfocom
      @photoboothinfocom  Před rokem +1

      If cloud sharing is turned on, the files will upload when an internet connection is available.
      Even with offline QR code sharing turned on, you can still have text/email sharing on, which requires the files to be uploaded and will upload when an internet connection is available.

    Hi, i noticed that after taking 360 video, it was already available in lumashare in just few seconds. But when tried mine (trial version) its taking like 5 mins loading in lumashare. The final video is 32 seconds with outro n music. Is 5 mins normal? Thank you

    • @photoboothinfocom
      @photoboothinfocom  Před 11 měsíci

      It sounds like you're not setup on the same wifi network. It sounds like you're not connected directly to the booth software. Instead in sounds like you are connected to fotoshare, which means you have to wait for it to upload online, then download to LumaShare before you can view it.
      The preferred method is to be on the same local WiFi network (preferably one you control) and have LumaShare connected directly to LumaBooth (or DSLRBooth)
