As long as it a GM based engine thats all I care about.

I think GM produced a really good Marine engine lineup myself, especially the Mercruiser Version of this engine

I’ll review the 8.2/ 496 MagHO
06 Model in my 21 foot Donzi, run it hard and have no major problems and the ones I did have were minor.

Water pump issue is easily fixed permanently with the fully rebuildable Hardin Marine replacement pump.
