We by Epsom Salt for our garden and flower pots. It at nutrients to the soil and helps the plants grow better and healthier. Epsom salt is used for SOOOO many things.

Oh Amy, it hurt my heart to see you skip all that milk in cartons. That stuff is liquid gold, it keeps for months on end (shelf-stable). Until you open it. After opening it still lasts a week or even more in our fridge, even up to 2 weeks. And the milk has been treated on high temperatures so is much better for you. It is the only type of milk we can get in Belgium. We do not have short shelf-life big size refrigerated milk at all.

Amy, try the laundry detergent from Aldi (brand: Tandil). It is comparable to Gain and is very good. Seems like that is all across the board, because over here in Belgium they actually got awards for their laundry detergent.

You can always refill your small beach size ketchup and mustard bottles when you run out of what is in them. It saves having to buy another bottle to take with you and you can just use what you already have at home.

for small shop contributions. We had a coffee and snack donation bank. It Was a Lock Box on a chain too. and with the slit in the top, people could donate what they could for coffee, tea, hot coco and condiments and for cookies and snack bars. When the donations were down, the selection also went down, and then the donations would go up. Home baked was also welcome.

As far as your little bottles of ketchup & mustard, just keep refilling them, then you won't have to keep buying them or buying disposable ones, and next year you could buy the cheap little plastic bottles that have the seal caps, and keep them and refill them, and at tge end of tge season use it up, wash them out and reuse tgem the next year.

I wish I could drink Propel. There's an ingredient in it that I can't deal w..it hurts my stomach something awful. my Grandson too. it wasn't til I looked up if it caused Stomach issues & discontinued it..that store is amazing! so many great buys
ryvitas are a hard crisp bread you eat with ham or cottage cheese and salmon or sour cream its british as well lots of people eat them instead bread if there trying to be healthy

amy underneath the chocolate chips was british brand birds instant custard powder to make custard for pudding and jello and custard also have it instant whip custard jello together as well we call it jelly and custard instant cream but you can also make a trifle just put sponge cake chopped up then the jello let it set then instant custard let that cool down then put instant whip on top and sprinkles on top

You may want to start looking at the ingredients list on your food. Cheerios has trisodium phosphate in it which is an industrial cleaner.

if the kombucha is still 'living' you should be able to make more with it. It will take awhile to produce a skobe but you could try. just put some in an open container on your shelf for a week or two to see if anything grows. I haven't done it myself from store bought but my cousin says she did.

THE melting Pot brownies are the ones they serve on the menu at the restaurant... The Melting Pot... that place CAN get expensive, for sure. Good price on those for that many.

I for one would like to know where these stores are because in Boston they dont' have stores with those prices. I have also noticed your food choices have changed a lot. Before you would buy fresh hamburger and make your own meatballs now I see you buying more processed meatballs or I would see you be more conservative with your snacks and it seem all you brought in the first store was snacks. Great job for you guys if you've reach a point where you can do these things. So happy when you can make your lives that much easier. Now....where in Boston can I find a store that has those prices???

i'm jealous you have those near you....states like California, Nevada, Oregon and Idaho (States easy for me to drive to) just does not understand discount shopping.....it's sad...very sad...Utah has a little, but way to far to drive, it becomes not worth it.
