Oh yes, IGA was our neighbor on Red Corner rd. They always had a display of Boones farm wine as we walked in. I was too young to drink..just a memory :)
Oh yes, we had an IGA up in Vermont and Zayre's down here in the DC area.

We live in a very rural area and the closest store to us happens to be an IGA. Unfortunately prices there are very high so, even though gas prices are high, it still pays for me to go the extra miles to Walmart, Tops or Aldi. Every time you do discount shopping I can't help but be a little jealous, such great deals!! Happy that you can take advantage of it though!! Have a great day, see you tomorrow!!❤🙂
Morning! Coditos means elbows in Spanish so those were elbow macaroni. Also the dairy free Ranch Dressing is delicious.
Drop your frozen hot dogs on the floor & they'll break apart ... lol ... my neighbour under me told me hears me dropping things all the time - I laughed & told him why ... everyone laughed.

We have shopped at Bargains since they were in the old building ( left at light by food lion in the shopping center on left) with no air and lights hardly worked. It’s a true blessing to have them in SC. When times got tuff we knew we could get a weeks worth of groceries and not break the bank!

IGA Stores are pretty popular in Eastern NC. I live near Goldsboro NC and it has an IGA & Ollie’s. They have a good meat selection. They have other things that are different than most grocery stores. At Christmas they have the old fashioned candy items that remind me of what we got at Christmas growing up. I like to buy some and make goody bags for my family at Christmas because it reminds me of our Christmases growing up and I know my father especially enjoyed it. One of the items I bought from IGA for my father this past Christmas made him happy because he said he had been looking it everywhere. I knew it was a favorite of his when I got it.
Good morning. I do love shopping videos. I also like the banter between you and Greg as well. I noticed the first boxes of pasta you put in the back corner nice and neat, then continued to taunt Greg. Love it. I am glad he got his captain chunch and paint trays. It was worth the drive for him 😀. I did notice you put pretzels out the other day. Good thing about pretzels is the salt and it makes you thirsty. Reminds us to drink. unless pickles are on sale or you get the generic brand usually I've seen them as low as $2 and then we stocked up on them and they gone up to $25 a jar of pickles $5 a jar of pickles and for the generic is normally two to three dollars but it's very unheard of to see pickles for 99 cents and for that size is good too because size does matter because they always charge you more for the bigger one

All our small town ever had for many years was an IGA store up until about 3 or 4 years ago when the opened up a dollar General then our IGA closed.

Tryon, NC has an IGA. Also, in Greer SC (near Greenville) Quality Foods carrys IGA brands as well.

Good buy on cake mixes, but, make sure that if you don’t use them right away, put them in your freezer. I purchased a lot a lot of cake mixes after Christmas one time, the store over bought and they had Duncan Hines for .50 cents and I did not look at exp date and I went cooked a strawberry cake and it did not rise and was hard as a brick and the exp date was out by 6 mo. I ended up throwing away 50 cake mixes.

Just a couple of comments: 1) I am so jealous! You are so lucky to have those discount stores available to you. There is nothing like them available in OHIO. BTW - I pay $4.49 for one bag of Jimmy Dean sausage crumbles. 2) My husband's favorite cake was banana cake with peanut butter frosting. ( I usually mixed PB into a container of cream cheese frosting. Don't knock it until you've tried it. It's delicious! Blessings, Janell

Amy, I believe you are the only Christian who practices only one cabinet in the hallway for food stockage. You actually believe God when he said that he would take care of each and every one of us. GOOD FOR YOU! The more one saves/hoards/stores, the more one is showing doubt to God's word.

Oh Amy your killing me. We don’t see prices like you were showing in your discount stores where we live. We live in southern eastern PA. 5 minutes from DE and MD. But not close enough to come down to your discount stores. I love love the pretzel rounds. We pay $3.46 a bag. But $1. WOW I can’t believe the prices on everything.

There are IGAs & PIGGLY WIGGLYs all over South Carolina, scattered everywhere! There are a lot of KROGERs in Georgia.
I would have grabbed the wipes too great deal! My daughter would probably love those bubble fruit cups too! She’s likes the popping boba! Wish we had a store like that here! We just got an Ollie’s about 20 min away they have some discount food but not as good as your store!

I grew in Port Austin Michigan. Back in the day we had a IGA up there.
The cornbread mixes you were showing, one was Fleshmans cornbread mix, it is really really good and that brand is hard to find. I am always jealous when you go into the discount store. There is nothing like that anywhere where I live. Not even 100 miles out

they sell those at my grocery store where I live in the East Coast in Connecticut they have a place called geisler's which is a grocery store and they still sell IG coffee all the time don't know if you have it where you live but they do have it where I live
