- A Schengen Visa is a permit that allows you to enter and travel freely within the Schengen Area which comprises 27 European countries. The process of application can be lengthy and confusing most times especially for a first time applicant and that is why I thought to share my experience to help more people.

Is it necessary to add my payslip as add up to my business bank statement? The bank my salary pass through would not be used for POF but rather my business POF. Would that be ok

Yes, as they can be sure that you have enough money to spend on your travel. So it’s advisable to keep that amount in your account especially when you are submitting your bank statement for your biometrics.

I have a question.
I have a recent flight in 3 weeks with Klm flying through Netherland to Nigeria and the return flight is flying through france to uk.
I was told i need a schengen visa for the both trips since i have a Nigeria passport.
Please what will you advice i do.
If you would be staying no longer than 24hours in Netherlands and France during your transit, you will need a Schengen Airport Transit Visa but if it will be more than 24 hours, you will be required to apply for a regular Schengen visa instead. However, I would suggest you still check with the airline company to confirm their requirements for transit. I hope this helps.

They have different website depending on the country that you want to visit, that is for France, for other countries you can type the country on Google to check their website for example: “Denmark Schengen Visa” on Google search, I will share soon on how to apply to other countries in my subsequent videos, stay tuned

No, you don’t need to, however, your relation will have to provide you with their proof of sponsorship (fund and address)

If I'm going with my spouse do we need to show 1000 pounds in our individual bank account for POF or we can put it in one account?
I’ve never applied with a spouse before, so I don’t have this first hand information, but having a sufficient amount in each bank account would suffice.
£55-75 per day... So £1000 is lasting between 13 to 18 days 🤦♂️ i think you need a lot more than that in your bank.
Credit card is not allowed to be used to sponsor your trip.

Did you get appointment date?
For France at the moment, it’s not easy getting a date, try other less popular countries, I saw dates some few days back for countries like Denmark & Norway, if you apply for a multiple entry visa, you can also go to France and other popular destinations afterwards.
