- Let's Sprout Some Seeds! With the new season upon us, many of us are starting some of our crops early indoors...I'm looking at you tomatoes and peppers! With seeds being as expensive as they are these days, getting the best germination rate is of utmost importance.
In today's Quickie, I got 3 hot tips for you so that you are getting the most success with sprouting your seeds. It is only half the battle, but nothing happens unless our seeds start out the right way.

My three varieties of onions are started. Watching closely sprouting up on Leap Year the 29th. So Happy Leap Year 2024... Feels good! Thanks Jeff for alot of inspiration to start our own seedlings. Hoping to start couple hundred plants!

Excellent quickie that helps any gardener get their plants off to the best start. I am green with envy for all the folks that get to start their seedlings now but wish everyone success.
Just planted autumn seeds , popped down in the guest bathroom bath as large 1/2 glazed window gives lots of light, underfloor heating means room warmest at this time of year late summer. Worked a treat first two years, didnt do this early summer much less success. Lucky no guests due.,

I try to look at seed prices like this: if a tomato seed packet costs $6.50 and a jar of tomatoes sauce costs $8, all you need to do is grow enough tomatoes to can 1 jar and you're good! 😁

What tool were you using at the open, to get the seedling out of the tray? Just a screwdriver? Wish I'd seen this before I wrecked half a dozen seedlings today😂
Forget about the prices of seeds!!!!!! Jeff, do a video on seed saving so we don't have to buy them!!!!!!
