Great walkthrough, as usual. Only thing I would recommend is to use the new CZcams timestamp feature. If I’m not mistaken, all you have to do is put the time codes in the description, eg. 1:00 Exterior, and it would be automatically applied, so people can skip to the part of the video they’re most interested in. I always watch the whole thing, but I’m sure others would find use for it.

Greetings from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. This is the finest video/explanation of the Flying Cloud FBQ, likely in existence. We just sent the deposit to Traveland RV in Vancouver based on this Video. While it doesn't help Patrick's bank account (sorry), at least take a lot of pride knowing this should be the office Video for Airstream. Beyond just well done; outstanding.

I like the new shiny cabinet doors but I miss the curved doors. I also like the battery options now. Next thing we need Airstream is a compressor fridge. It will probably be introduced on the Globetrotter and eventually work its way down.

My apologies if I missed this in the video... but in another video you mentioned that the floor was now a composite material. Could you please share if this change resolves the plywood flooring rot issue?
Airstream switched venders and is now using composite flooring which is more stabile and a one piece to lessen the chance of warping and creeks between the tongue and grooves since it is now one big sheet.

Hey Patrick, is the composite floor now used like what is used for decks to avoid rot? Just in a solid continuous piece?
The composite floor allows one large sheet instead of multiple sheets of plywood. This will prevent squeaks and creeks and prevent rot and delam over the years.
I like the Flying Cloud that has the lift gate in the rear with the pull down screen. I'll take one of those if this guy comes with it. I'll need help driving and I'll have my own personal salesman so I don't mess things up.

I like the Seattle Mist, which looks somewhat more greenish. I also like the square sink better and would be eaiser to clean pots and pans, or mixing bowls, etc.

I live fulltime in a 2006 28' International. This 2021 Airstream is great, however, off-white curtains are impractical.
They get dirty fast and are a lot of work to remove, clean and apply again. I exchanged my curtains with colorful mini blinds.

Depends on your own wants and needs. I have family's of four in the 16RB and some go all the way up to the 33FB Classic.

The knob for the lock is how it pulls shut.

Why is the black tank larger when the gray tank fills up 3 times faster? Makes me think they don't use their own product. I would prefer the gray tank being 50 gallons and the black tank being 35.
On many models an floor plans they bath sink dumps into the black tank.

We don't consider the laminate top tp be cheap. It is lighter weight.

Awing colors are model specific and not available for custom.

The hatch it not available on the Globetrotter. It would have to be done on the aftermarket if available.

This was based on customer feedback to have the trash pail located closest to the entry door.
