I can’t wait to get rid of my tdi. Love the looks of vw and love to drive mine but horrible engine design. The first few oil changes were alright then it becomes a job.

To add: the stock oil is Castrol Edge 5w 30w LL (long life) all diesel engine oil levels, except CUNA, have an like capacity of 4.6 litres (including the oil filter)

Definitely T45, not T40 to remove the cover? Another video I watched said T40...

@@vehicle53 Thanks for the quick reply - just saw a comment on the other video that it's TX45, so looks like that's confirmed. Typically my set goes up to TX40 😑
