the most interesting thing is omitted. I would like to know how to create nfs server. Using typical NFS server i have errors OVMAPI_B000E Storage plugin command [storage_plugin_listFileSystems] failed for storage server
Sorry for the late answer, been very busy :-) . Did you find out how this was done ? if not it is pretty simple, in my setup I just made an NFS share from the Linux/server it self. You could allso do this from the ZFS storage appliance (see the video about this one). Remeber you have to create two shares :-)
Yup, i was able to create the NFS share, the bad news is that does not support the bandwidth for a VM to work and the NFS share crashes. I had to go with the OCFS2 option, hard to understand and harder to configure. LOL
I want to learn OVM 3.2 from basics , i have some Linux knowledge , if there are any video tutorials or study materials please provide. Thanks in advance ......
Hi Aditya Take a look at this white-paper it will give you a pretty good idea about OVM. www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/vm/ovm3-quick-start-guide-wp-516656.pdf Best regards Steen

how do you create the nfs storage before you were able to discover them?
