  • What's up everyone. I've had a lot of questions about my truck and figured making a video was the best way to answer them and to show others more of the build. Thank you for watching!

    Awesome build. I'm in the beginning stages of a mighty max build with a sbc 350 turbo 400 trans and an 8.8. Love the way you did all the suspension.

    Awesome build! I’ve been really interested in learning about 4G builds. I currently have a Mitsu Raider that I would love to swap something into. At first I was looking at maybe a 4BT Cummins setup but it seems like a 4G would make it more Mitsu plus it’s a lot lighter. I will say the raider is a bit larger and heavier than a mighty max but I genuinely love the truck just not the powertrain it has.

    Good job. I’ve been a mighty max fan since 1987. Still daily mine.

    Love my 4g mighty max, definitely need to upgrade the transmission as I have blown two km132's so far. Most likely gonna go with a t45. Truck looks great, keep up the good work!

    Awesome dude didn’t know you had a channel. We have talked on Facebook. As much as I’d love a stand-alone wiring the stock stuff is as simple as splicing just 5 or so wires at the ecu and your done.

    I'm curious about the front suspension setup, did you utilize the stock frame and just adapt it for the S13 subframe? Completely custom frame? I want to do this with mine but have never attempted anything like this and am unsure about how to figure out where everything needs to be

    Awesome truck and I know the hours of time you have into it... I really need to do a motor swap on my 87 g63b 2.0 carb motor km132 trans. I want at least a 4g63 on stock trans at least at first... Really just something turbo and more common all in all .. even though I believe my my motor has a part on it somewhere that yours has factory. I'll definitely be following this build. Good luck.

      I got fual brand rims that are 17x9, they poke out of stock fenders but good looking 6spokes with plenty of tire for stock motor and probably more

    How did you mount the engine with the s13 subframe? Did you moded the subframe for the oil pan or did it bolt up with stock oilpan? Im doing a 4g swap on my s13

    • @EVDMFG
      @EVDMFG  Před 2 lety +1

      I made new mounts that are welded to the frame, and cut the stock LS mounts off the s13 subframe so they wouldn’t be in the way. My stock oil pan fit perfect, but my engine might sit a little higher than yours will.

    I love my 4g mighty max as well. this gives me some motivation for mine. www.mightyram50.net/vbulletin/showthread.php/2937-my-turbo-mini-truck-4g63t-build-thread . Definitely going to check back in for more progress. That dash does look great and gives me an idea of what to do to mine.
