Just did this for an intake the bad part is I gotta unscrew the filter when I want to raise the hood 😂😂😂😂 but it sounds cool asf and works

@@EVDMFG well I watched the video after I did it was curious how other people did it. The paper in the fender is probably the best part really good idea better than eyeballing in exhaust instances. My filter has a wide chrome flange so I had about a inch of lee way to go too much or too little so it’s flush either way but keep on modding brother I’d love to do a exhaust exit do you have a video on doing the exhaust itself or did you have a shop do it? I imagine you just drop exhaust and did new pipe get ordered or was it forged to that shape?

It’s the stock mighty max rear bed with bumper removed, I just trimmed out the roll pan area for the exhaust
Can you go 2015 to 2020 frontend?
I’m sure you can, but I don’t know that these headlights would work as simply. You may also need to change things like the hood and fenders to make it work

A lot of people seemingly give up once they need to do the wiring, most gte swaps I’ve seen for sale have an issue with wiring and sell for dirt cheap
@@lomon3877 yup 100%! The last 10% of the build can be the hardest, works out well for a lot of guys who are able to scoop them up. It makes me a little sad though, almost would rather the original owner get to see it through to the end

There is a conversion kit that you can buy to make an excursion look like a 2017 model, would this conversion work for that too?

Need info man I'm doing something similar with a 2017 z engine. I have all the OEM parts EXCEPT the fuel pump/level sensor and stuff. I cannot get the engine to turn over using the switch and button from the z? I'm trying to bench test it before I go to far. If I jump the terminals at the starter relay it cranks over fine. Just no input from the buttons...
Did you put the 100ohm resistor in at the key wiring? Fuel pump and ecu will never work without it.

I tried doing something similar but I cannot get my engine to turn over with the button... Maybe it's because it doesn't have a fuel pump or anything hooked up?
Sorry for the late response on this! The z125 system requires a 100OHM resistor at the on/off switch to work properly, do you have one wired in?

Where did you find your ignition key switch? Only one I can find is eBay and not exactly correct or O'Reilly's $216.
I bought it on eBay, but you can pull one from a base lancer at a junk yard as well. Just need to make sure it’s got a key in there

My light flashed on briefly and now I can’t get it to work at all. I used both methods to connect to power and ultimately settled on in line tap. Fuse looks good still so I’m wondering I blew the light somehow.
How much does it cost to convert it to 2018 to 2022

I was going to make the same comment. I guess he's using solid motor/transmission mounts. That's going to be rough.
Unfortunately this kit does not fit the newer ttr110. I ran into a number of issues, first the wire harness positive is not a plug and play, you'll have to do a modification which I did and works great the second major issue was the number plate with stock bars sits very high so the led won't fit. It's hitting the number plate and all the cables. Maybe they need to address this issue on their website. Not sure what I'm going to do now, can't mount the light bar. Very disappointing.
Hey Paul,in this video I state that I have yet to verify fitment on the TTR110. All distributors are aware of this as well, and none of them advertise that it bolts right up to the TTR. I’m sorry that you weren’t aware of this, but I am happy to help you get it working on your bike as minimal work is required to adapt it.
@EVD MFG I got it to fit. It's definitely pretty tight on the ttr110 with stock bars. I had to cut the positive wire from the light kit off and pull my positive female spade connector from the bikes battery harness then I just soldered the wire to the positive led and put the ground on the bikes normal ground location. Light works great and is super bright. The biggest issue I had was just that it's up against the number plate and the bikes throttle and break cables, I had to slightly bend the LED L shaped bracket ah little more so it'd all match up, but for those of you looking to mount this light kit on the yamaha ttr110 it will work just ah little patience. I took detailed photos of the install for anyone having issues. Think I will get taller bars here soon just cause.

hey I just bought this exact lightbar for my ttr110 and ran into the same wiring issue. Can you make a video or send me pics on what you did to make it work. Im not great with wiring and dont want to mess with any factory set wires.
I souldered in a inline 12 volt capacitor for the flickering . Works great . And for the guy who said his led lights did not flicker i dont believe it . They will all flicker without a battery or a capacitor . And to the guy asking what the rectifier does it is for a charging system if you have a battery this is descent kit but if you dont have battery to charge you will not need the rectifier . Over all descent kit . Ok Video
The rectifier converts the current from alternating to direct, and it is only needed in systems that DO NOT have a battery, since the battery systems already output DC power. I've built this same kit with a capacitor, however it works fine without one and adds too much cost. These kits are already the most labor intensive of all that I sell, and the highest cost. Adding the cap only furthers that to where there is no margin left.
