thoughts on a used 150k mile 2003 BMW 325iT Wagon? what issues to look out for? or all in all solid and reliable vehicle. i see one for $7500 US, though KBB says for that year and model with those miles should be max $5500 US.
My wagon has 306k on the clock I haven’t had any major issues but major issues on this cars are oil leaks and rust ,surprisingly mine is very clean but it had a major leak by the oil filter housing when I bought it ! Very easy job to do ,it took me 30 to 40 minutes the most I’ll pay for a higher mileage is $3,500 if is clean mint $7,500 to $8500 They are going up in price by year I would grab one soon !
What to look for !
Rust !! check subframe and mounting points where the subframe bolts on ! now wagon are not known to crack but you never know !
Oil leaks
Valve cover gasket
Oil filter housing leaks

No, I want AN e46.
It's practical but it's really not. But the e46 is just that way. Glove box fits nothing, console fits nothing, cup holders are a american afterthought and wasn't even offered in germany, the back seat has a Ash try and a arm rest with useless storage and hold nothing drink fallers. The rear cargo area has a tire and a board covering it. You have no room behind the panels for anything little all space was used and any speaker mod requires pulling out your hair or wallet because you will spend hoooooours on it. With that said I love my touring and I will die with it
i mean that’s kind of to be expected for a car of that year being the size that it was, it’s very small and they had to fit a lot of stuff in if hence there not being a whole lot of room to store stuff, if storing stuff was a priority for you then you should have maybe gotten the e39
