Wow finally
Was waiting for this since long👍👍
Satisfying to see you comment here :)
raj sir and anant sir are not friends, they are brothers
If this is true I would say both are quite different
Ab sukun se mar
I think Peyush Bansal has so much to share that we deserve a part 2 of podcast with the man.
Piyush has a crystal clear mentality and this quality makes him unique 👏
Absolutely 🙌
My Favourite Shark ❣
Btw, He is human ;)
@@0xSatyajit thanks for clarifying 😅
@@0xSatyajit is it , hame lage ye fish hai 😂🙌
And very clever

Skipped a lenskart ad to listen to the founder of the same company, was a great experience.
what makes peeyush different is that he mostly talks about the core aspects of a business, which makes a company profitable and creates value unlike other founders who did startup just for sake of doing it..
That's not true completely. boAt was focused on profitability since the start instead of raising money. But most of the companies out there celebrate high cash burn rate and raising money instead of improving the business model
@@notflash11 yes agreed, there are also many founders who are running there startups profitably without any complexity
I am really happy that inventors and Entrepreneurs are seen like celebrity in this country. Hats off to piyush bansal and his vision. I love you sir. !! I have Watched juggad kamlesh episode 30 times.. Big fan of you sir
As an 18 year old... This kind of videos help me personally to inspire, aspire, not only as in the journey of entrepreneur but also in my personal life ...... Thanks you soo much @rajshamani sir

I love this shark because he always talked about vision , future , How to change the world through ideas
Peyush is such a down to earth and simplistic person- that's how he's made Lenskart big!
Raj bhaiya's work is so impressive and so helpful.. I'm glad I'm a subscriber of his work ❤
thank you Aditi 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Asking great questions!! Getting some greatttt conversations from it🔥👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 killing it!!! Loved this 🚀
Raj, what a beautiful podcast. Being a startup founder all these questions are so much relevant. Like how to build a culture? Everyone only talks about building one but decoding it is something really helpful.
Great scriptwriting.
So glad you liked it

Seriously great one. Love this episode ❤ And the way sir answered questions and also evaluate business in shark tank is amazing
Most humble, intelligent and active shark 💕
Proper baniya budhdhi ❤️
Love his approach towards his brain child lenskart , from a proud and happy lenskart customer 😍😍.
One of the best interviews because every single word written in it's caption is discussed thoroughly and felt like MBA ki koi to boht sai class chal rhi h . Interesting part is puri conversation mei peyush ne boht kuch sikhaya but 'How to market indian customers' segment mei peyush ko bhi lga raj ne kaafi sahi points ko touch kiya , maybe I felt it but unke expressions ese kuch hi the. Anyways awesome job and hope to see many more like these
Peyush and Anupam have just so much to share that you can keep listening to them
Desperately waited for this 😃😃😃
Learned a lot from this.
Thanks Raj for this podcast.
Your podcasts are extremely useful and important! I just stumbled upon them and started binge watching!
Keep going ❤
My favourite shark of shark tank 😍 beside being rich he has great personality, great person and amazing aura and charm 🧿,i am also here to build trust and build a big family
He indeed has all the qualities you mentioned 🙌
Just purchased lenskart lenses. Their quality and services are best. For the middle class, the lenses are at a high price, but looking at the quality of the product as they are made of acetate, which they claim and trends they follow in lenses and services are the premium experience.
Piyush bansal is more customer centric, which gives satisfaction to customers that they are not getting cheated by lenskart.
This person's dressing sense defines his stillness and simplicity 😊 best shark on shark tank
He is very humble indeed :)

Loved the episode!!💯
He is so honest on his journey.
Brother waiting for part 2 of this podcast.
The best thing about him is he really values relationaships i dont know how many times he had mentioned his mother and father in shark tank. I think a person values matters the most more than anything else
Raj, your conclusion on community brand loyalty being stronger in lower income group or TIer-B cities & down, I have a different take on. I think as you go down the income group, people cannot afford to experiment. So, they stick to tried & tested safest option available in their affordable price point. Its often a hurdle for a better problem solving brand to break in, just because a large cross section of people are "brand loyal." Piyush is on spot when he says the 'cost of risk' is not high in urban living. And thats progress I think. Taking risks, trying new things, exploring is more aspirational and human. Its not individualistic. Its the sign of life and living. You strive to deliver newer and newer offerings (products/service) to improve life. Brand loyalty and monopoly can become very thin line with community clumping. It can thwart R&D, as the company can go complacent. Informed and demanding market is always the biggest catalyst for development and lifestyle evolution. Of course, brands must live up to the quality reliability level across segments. Loyal or fluctuating. :) Rest, I just love watching your insightful videos. Many thanks for putting the kind of efforts you are infusing.
Raj, I have recently started following your work, though we had connected on LinkedIn long back. I must say you are doing a great job by bringing these stories to a wider audience.
Bhai it’s 2 .30 am night man this podcast got me a line that wisdom is the deepest and never ending and always exploring new ways or things.

Good guest! Just wanted to point out that USP is Unique Selling PROPOSITION not Preposition. Not trying to poke fun, but it's important that if technical terms are used, they are used right.

Hey Raj wonderful one. The skill you have to put all your questions so wisely to get the depth of all the ideas and grabbing the oppertunity that Peyush is lending you to get all the insights in a this conversation made the talk so complete and content. I was literally holding on at few of the places where "Raj bhai ye puch le" while Peyush is explaining his experiences and u literally nailed it in picking up all the crucial points. Thanks a lot. And i thought u would be having way more subscribers....but i see you will be having soon with quality of work
