I had a ticket to see him in "Tuesdays With Morrie" but the show was canceled because of issues with visas for the Canadian cast and crew members.

Jamie worked bit parts for more than ten years before Klinger, which also started out as a bit part. The part was so popular, Jamie so nice, and a goldmine for the writers, that Klinger's role in the show got bigger and bigger, until he was a full cast member, and out of the dress. I'm from Alabama - never been to Toledo. Everytime I have to type the city name Toledo for a purchase order, manifest, etc Clinger immediately comes to mind. He has to be Toledos most favorite son. GOD how old all of us are getting. I hope he lives until 115 if he feels like it.

Excellent video for information alone!!! Loved all things MASH except the politics. That acting ensemble was the greatest pure acting ensemble on TV followed very closely by the Carol Burnett Show, The Andy Griffith Show, and the original I Love Lucy!!! Great job!!! God bless!!!
