ive always thought this song was beautiful but never knew what it was about. after going through a recent breakup and getting to know the feelings that soyeon writes about here so personally, it’s almost shocking how seen i feel through these lyrics and how much i connect with the imagery of the winter fire and flower. so simple but soooo impactful emotionally. soyeon is really a genius 🩷 thanks for this great video

Hwaa is an absolute classic song, and I always greatly enjoy the three song story arc. It is truly a work of art IMHO. Soyeon's writing and producing skills at such a young age is just jaw-dropping.

Like Agassy's concept seems to be the lost spring that (G)-idle swore to bring back in Hwaa, the main line of the song that says the title translates to "A beautiful young lady." and the song talks about finally moving on from a past relationship, specifically the lyric "Love, I don't know that kind of thing." That and paired with the idea of soojin being a soloist enforces the idea that she is finally separated from this relationship and that she is on her way to bring back the lost spring and while adding onto this idea Soojin's main line in Hwaa says "I'm gonna get angry and angrier to find the spring I've lost." which Agassy is a spring themed concept. The whole song is almost all in Korean besides the "your light" line in the bridge of the song which Hwaa does the same just minus the two english words. To add on, Agassy's music video has a lot of references to past (G)-idle eras (specifically Hann, Hwaa, and maybe Last Dance as it was her last release with (G)-idle, I mainly believe this because of the imagery of flowers and because of the spring type concept for the Last Dance music video.. Also Last Dance was quite literally Soojin's last dance as (G)-idle's main dancer.) so that's mostly why I feel like this isn't too much of a far-fetched theory.. This does bring an interesting thought tho, if this theory is true that means we're only missing autumn as the final season to end this story. We already have summer, winter, and spring. (Hann, Hwaa, and Agassy) This means that we're only missing one last season to complete this saga. (I swear to god if (G)-idle's disbandment is an autumnal concept I'm throwing hands..)
