love 55 chevys wish i had a real one like that. i think revel has a assemble it yourself diecast of the graffti 55. already black got a dual quad 409 a skull hanging from the mirror and a straight axle.

If you're doing an AG tribute '55, shouldn't the power train be accurate to the time frame of the film? That'd be 1962. Chassis looks decent.

Yes, but I build the 55 not as an exact replica, but inspired by the American Graffiti 55 because I knew I would have trouble matching every detail. And I used the engine and transmission from the 1967 Chevelle pro street kit which was the closest I had in my stash.
