I think we should all stop trying to compare it to what was popular or common at one point on this platform and realize that there’s always been and always will be content like this being posted on CZcams. You just have to find it yourself (like in the beginning of CZcams) or hope the algorithm loves you enough to bless you, like Peter’s boys did.

Assuming the average crowd size of 10,000 people for a DCI event, and 26 stops on tour, this video has half as many views as the amount of people that will see them perform live at all their shows this year combined, in 5 days. The algorithm is frightening.
I had no idea horns' overtones combine this way 0:55+ (especially considering the small dimensions of the room/stairwell/etc you guys were in). There is something really musically beautiful/powerful about... something that looks otherwise-obnoxious on-paper.

It's been a very long time since I last played the Euphonium and Baritone, Marching and Orchestra. Just listening to the warm sound of the entire ensemble gives me goosebumps, and brings back great memories.

I did marching band my senior uear of high school. One of our pit crew died in between the end of competition season and the thanksgiving day game. I didnt know Chris well, couldnt even place what part was missing as I worked the flags, but it was a somber and beautiful halftime show.
