I'm from Iran. I had a chance to visit China 3 years ago and fortunately had a tripe with fast train from Shanghai to Beijing. It was a fantastic experience for me. you can tripe by plain everywhere but I'm not sure you be able to find like this phenomena in more than number of your two hands fingers countries in the world. Fast much more than 300 kilometers per hour but no shaking in your seat. Every body has his opinion but for me the best advantages to use fast train in there was the view of nature like the river and green lands that I saw during my trip that I couldn't saw if I had trip by plain from Shanghai to Beijing. crossing between farm lands under the rivers and passing side of sites one by one can't be happen when you are in plane.

China came a long way. I am a Taiwanese and a long time US resident. Over 30 years ago when I was in the old Beijing main train station, not the high speed. My distance Chinese relative was saying this to me, it is too crawded with so many people, what is China to do? I told him: Easy, make this station 20x bigger. He looked at me like what planet did I come from? 5-7 years later, there was a new Beijing main train station about 10x bigger. Fastward to today's high speed..... Bravo China! China is far from the most advanced country but China had developed in such speed that no other country in the history can be matched. However, mentality and mannerism cannot be changed or improved over night and that may take much longer time to do. But this doesn't mean we only concentrate on the negatives in China but must recognize the positives and help China to move forward to meet more success.

While the major cities indeed display some advanced technology, to generalize that the entire country is simply NOT true. In fact, outside of the Tier One & Two prosperous cities, the level of poverty is astounding in the majority of the country's rural areas. Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing do not a country define.

I am Chinese. About China CRH and Japan. We recognize that we are students, Japan and Germany are teachers. But this does not mean that students will never be more than teachers. There are some huge land in China. East - West, contains 5 time zones. South North contains four climatic zones. Our CRH can run in the tropical province of Hainan Province, and can run in the lowest temperature to 40 degrees below zero in the Northeast China, but also can run in the arid, windy Xinjiang desert and Qinghai province above sea level 3000 meters above sea level. Does Japan and Germany have such technology? And we have 20 thousand kilometers of high-speed rail lines. This is just the length of the building over the last twelve years.

Hongkong from Qin Dynasty is China's territory, but by the British colony for a period of time so it is not the territory of China? Tibet is the China territory since the yuan dynasty. Taiwan from the Qing Dynasty is the territory of china. It is now our former government, the government of the Republic of China, which was occupied by the government of the Ming Dynasty in exile in the Qing Dynasty. If you continue to ask questions about the territory, I will tell you that most of the land in East Asia was once ours. Some of these land lost, and some have not lost. But there is no loss of land, is absolutely legitimate and reasonable, there is no question of whether the invasion of income

Warrior Dev And the territory we lost, I believe our future generations will bring them back into the territory of China. Like Sakhalin, Siberia, Vietnam, Mongolia at the right time. And guard the territory. As we protect our ancestral lands. Every Chinese is a cell in China. The birth and death of each of us is like a cell's metabolism. China, which is made up of us, has been living for 5000 years. More than and 200 years ago he had a serious illness, it was robbed of something. He is now recovering. When he was completely restored, it was the time when the robbers had to pay the price.

It is a good idea for people to visit Mainland China, regardless of whether for business or for leisure. Hong Kong was used to be the only city in China that westerners go to. Recently, there have been too many violent protests in Hong Kong. Tourists are not recommended to stay in Hong Kong. I personally recommend transiting through Hong Kong to Macau, Shenzhen and Zhuhai (a city in Guangdong province) by the relatively new Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the Shenzhen Bay Bridge, which is part of Asian Highway 1. Then, they can visit Shanghai and Beijing.

Yes the CRH380B was originally the licensed manufacturing version of the Velaro. Later models are heavily modified for local usage. Main difference is the CRH380B series is wider in size for five rows of seats. I’ve been traveled in this train for years from school to home during holidays. Always enjoy the comfort ride, but the seats cover is horrible for me on the second class. So I just travel with a air cushion to sit on now
