Hi Lisa!! I’m so happy you did this burrito!! Imma have to try this. I used to work at taco johns (knockoff version of Taco Bell) and the reason why your burritos wouldn’t close is both because of heat and how much you were putting in. It’s only supposed to be a couple tablespoons of everything to get it all in there. We used to keep the burritos in a steam drawer to keep them pliable. I hope this helps!!

I would just like to say that you have become quite the chef. I have watched some of your older videos and you were commenting that you couldn’t cook very well. A way we made Mexican rice if we didn't feel like going all in was to make rice like normal but mix in a packet of GOYA Sazon con Azafran seasoning into the water. It soaks into the rice giving it that nice yellow color and some great flavor.

This was my favorite thing at Taco Bell then they took it off the menu!! Me and my brother would walk miles to our closest Taco Bell in the summer heat to go get this burrito. Good times 😌 thanks for recreating this burrito it made my day haha
Mexican rice is super simple. Easier than sushi rice in my opinion.
Put the tortillas on a plate with a DAMP paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
The towel will help hold the pliablilty for making more then one at a time. Burritos are skimpy on the filling for a reason. 😊

i never had any food like this in my life then a few month back i had taco bell for the first time and now all i can think about is bloody burritos lol
At least get a 12inch burrito instead of one designed for a wrap.
Lisa food request rice with a piece of American cheese put it in the microwave till melted mix add sweat and sour fish sauce pickles carrots or radish and a cucumber trust me it is fire! Creamy and crunchy! How to make sweat and sour fish sauce take any kind of normal fish sauce add sugar lime and water make it feel what feels you!
