  • 6.4 Powerstroke TURBO Replacement without lifting CAB
In this video I have 2008 Ford F250 with a 6.4 Powerstroke and the turbos are leaking. I will show you how to replace the turbo assembly without removing the cab or even lifting the front at all. I Normally partially lift the cab but in this video I show you how to do without. Let's go.

Thanks for the info I wish you could have showed us a video of taking the turbo off and putting it back on.

I like to just undo my cab bolts and jack the nose like 3 inches let's you just pull the fuel cooler and elbow and you can swing in to get those rear facing bolts. 6.4s are tough I own one with 450k on her

Has anyone install turbos separate like or can only be installed completely assembled as one piece

You have to remove them as an assembly and install them as an assembly, but you can replace one turbo if you want to.
