Pile 2, this is amazing, I had this exact revelation last night actually. I am hypersensitive and probably on the spectrum. I've struggled with relationships my whole life, always feeling like I was more attached to people than they are to me and I also have abandonment issues from a toxic childhood so I have been very detached for years. So I picked number 1, and your reading fits my current situation. This year has been so hard for me that I feel like I have to hold onto everything in my hands or soon everything will come crashing down. But the tighter I gripped it, the more everything eventually failed one by one. My relationships with other people, my work, etc. Now I realize how controlling I was. I forget to be in the moment and let things take their course and everything will still be okay. I try to be more self-controlled and mindful. Thanks for the video, I have become more aware of my shadows.
Pile 2 is spot on with my current situation. I am still living with my toxic narcissist family, feeling really stuck living with them. The only thing that could change my life is emotional independence from them. Same advice given in previous vid you posted few days ago also tell me to remove myself from toxic people. I will do it once I am financially stable to live on my own.

Pile 1 here. The whole time the reading was going on, it resonated, and the only word I felt and heard in my mind repeated over and over.. was anger. I have.. a lot of issues, spawned from much trauma, pain, hardships, and abuse. It served me to be too angry to lay down and die as a child.. but now it's turned me into someone I can't stand when it flares up. Been trapped for a long time in many a toxic situation, to the point I tend to bottle my suffering until I inevitably break down and lash out with intense violence and rage.
An issue that always ties into it is being VERY hard on myself when I fail or mess up on something, and thus my want for absolute control over what I do... The anger is turned onto myself, and intensely, when things derail in some form. Again, much of it was bred through my past and all the suffering I endured. These things just don't really come to my thoughts until they are taking place...
I have been working to transform myself these last several months, but by far this has always been my biggest hurdle. One that I never got the full picture of, until now. I hope I can manage it, and allow this transformation to flow and complete.
#1 wow reem. This one hit home for me. I am currently signed up for dbt and going through my Saturn return in the 4th house. I'm practicing DBT therapy to learn how to manage my emotions better. I was a foster child who experienced severe trauma and I've realized this year if I want to transform that history I can start by being a parent to myself now and deprogramming my beliefs, how I handle emotions, discovering whst I like and don't, providing for my own needs. As I have not been successful in understanding these things because of my upbringing. But with a Scorpio North node it's literally my mission to transform no matter how hard. To go deep.
Pile 2. An amazing reading _ first, I've been attending to (and coaching others as well) on presence). I do see presence key/central in my life as well. Second, I recently re-committed to my daily meditation practice ... spirit was saying "yes, this is vital!" Chills on that. And, third, for me the takeaway was less about reliance on others (I'm quite independent}. For me, it was encouragement to step more fully into my own positive power (releasing my resistance)!! And fun fact, I have recently adopted a new business name --- it is, Threshold Change. Amazing encouragement on all from this reading. Thank you.

Pile #1: From childhood control gave me security and safety in a chaotic family. As I grew older, whenever I lost something, I became more obssesed with control and healing came from a lot of fear rather than flow. Everything I dif yoga, meditation, diets, exercise, all are from a space of fear and control, and in time it felt more and more opressive than liberating. I am taking pills just to keep on going and push while feeling a lot of frustration. It is interesting because even listening to the reading my tendency to control come into play: what can I do, step by step, to guarantee I gave up control? This is how the questions spund in my mind. Pile number 2. I've been manifesting a huge breakthrough in my career lately unsuccessfully, and i got the sense a while ago that the universe wanted me to release something, a old way before going to this place.
