Pile 2 here! A couple weeks ago I had this dream where I created this magnificent botanical garden in my small town. I have a two year old son and theres not much for him to do here. Everyone in town struggles for a good activity without an hour commute. We’ve been adding onto our city development quite a bit. We’ve gotten new splash pads, a new scooters coffee shop, new park developments. It just made since for this to be something within the realm of possibilities. I started sharing my dream with some ladies in the community, just for small talk. I wasn’t really serious with any of it. Just kinda chatting. These women just started listing all these community members who could help me with my idea. I reached out and the gave me detailed instructions on how to jump start the garden, how to talk to investors and gain funding, how to rally volunteers to help clean up and physically plant the garden, a landscaping company to partner with to supply the plants and fertilizer. My plan is to create a natural, creative space for all ages to learn about how we can better honor our relationship with Mother Earth. I want it to be a fun playground that keeps the integrity of the natural world. I had dreams of kindergarten classes being based out of this space. Jumping on this idea is something entirely out of my comfort zone. I’m a massive introvert and with a lot of health problems. I haven’t gotten to work much or connect with the outside world too much. But something inside tells me I gotta create this space. I’m gonna have to attend city council meetings, propose ideas, create meetings, walk multiple people through my heart and soul in creating this project. But I gotta do it for my son and every generation after.

Pile 2 here! A couple weeks ago I had this dream where I created this magnificent botanical garden in my small town. I have a two year old son and theres not much for him to do here. Everyone in town struggles for a good activity without an hour commute. We’ve been adding onto our city development quite a bit. We’ve gotten new splash pads, a new scooters coffee shop, new park developments. It just made since for this to be something within the realm of possibilities. I started sharing my dream with some ladies in the community, just for small talk. I wasn’t really serious with any of it. Just kinda chatting. These women just started listing all these community members who could help me with my idea. I reached out and the gave me detailed instructions on how to jump start the garden, how to talk to investors and gain funding, how to rally volunteers to help clean up and physically plant the garden, a landscaping company to partner with to supply the plants and fertilizer. My plan is to create a natural, creative space for all ages to learn about how we can better honor our relationship with Mother Earth. I want it to be a fun playground that keeps the integrity of the natural world. I had dreams of kindergarten classes being based out of this space. Jumping on this idea is something entirely out of my comfort zone. I’m a massive introvert and with a lot of health problems. I haven’t gotten to work much or connect with the outside world too much. But something inside tells me I gotta create this space. I’m gonna have to attend city council meetings, propose ideas, create meetings, walk multiple people through my heart and soul in creating this project. But I gotta do it for my son and every generation after.
