Tina, tips for fried eggs. Use a very small amount of oil. Butter is preferred. Play with the amounts so the eggs do not stick to the pan and can move freely after 1 minute. There should not be any pools of oil. The pool of oil is what pops.
Also cook over a medium low heat. For my glass top stove(that has numbers1-10) I put it on a 4.
And fold some of the white part over the yolk partially before adding your second egg. This allows for smaller pans to cook more eggs.
Lastly if you are cooking an egg all the way through patience is key.
If you want to avoid chaos this is the way to go but the recipe is Asian style fried eggs aka lots of boiling hot oil so the whites get all bubbly and the bottom super crispy (the best type of fried eggs imo). The eggs don’t stick to each other because the pan is so hot it sets almost immediately
But yeah it splatters because eggs are watery
I would just cook the eggs 1 by 1 😅
Why does it look like y’all got 1000x prettier every video 😍
Aww thank you!
Aww. Someone pass those compliments to Alfred! 😂
The second recipe, the omelette - your pan was wrong! On the video the chef used a milk saucepan type of thing so his eggs would be thicker and less likely to firm up all the way through. Plus the higher sides would make it easier to create the folded shape. Your pan meant that you would have a large crepe style omelette. So don’t be too down on yourselves.
He tapped his hand so he can slowly flip the egg, so it won’t flip too hard/ fast. He slowly closed the egg by tilting the pan while tapping on his wrist.
Love how she humanise her eggs..."make some room for yr sister, guys"😂😅
I love yall's cooking vidoes!!!
I love eggs first of all so this video is right up my alley. I’m so excited you tried these recipes because I’ve always been terrified to attempt to make them. Thank you so much for the content that you put out ❤
Looks delicious. If you are using a nonstick pan it definitely doesn’t take as much oil or butter. Cooking fried eggs on a lower heat helps to prevent that crusty stuff and popping. Usually slightly less than medium heat is good unless you are cooking a large amount of eggs.
Oooo i love making soy marinated eggs. That with rice was a staple dish for me while i was in university, as i always had eggs in the fridge and rice in my rice cooker :)
I really love your cooking videos the best!
If you wanna flip a fried egg you can fry it with a lid on in the first minutes. That way the egg will get a little firm on top as well and the yoke doesn't break as easily.
love your videos!! you are the best💗💗
You cannot imagine how much I enjoy watching your videos. You guys are incredible!!
Just love your cooking videos
Lashes looking amazing in this video!!

Tina! I haven’t seen one of your video in so loooong! I’m loving your content!!!!!
I literally prayed for a next cooking video and it just appeared I love ur cooking videos so much 😊😁😀
For the korean marinated eggs I also like to add a bit of sesame oil upon serving. It's good on its own as well but sesame oil is like butter to korean food. Makes everything better lol. Growing up egg rice was one of my go to breakfast. It's quick simple and tasty. Just a bowl of white rice, a fried overeasy egg or 2, spoon of soy sauce, break up some dried seaweed, & a splash of sesame oil mix it up like bibimbap & enjoy
Tina's stressful " taddaaa" had me🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
looks so good 😆
yayy tinaa❤
Brilliant Tina Yong

Eggcellent recipe ❤❤❤
Hi Tina I love every video of yours but this time it was way too funny with your frying skills 🤣🤣😂😆 I enjoyed it this time even more😅
I loveeee the runny egg yoke of a soft boiled egg 😍 my partner thinks it’s weird so I try not to eat it around them 😂
Your lashes look amazing Tina! ❤
Poor poor ladies 😂😂😂. Watching you flip eggs both made me laugh and cringe all at once. I didn't expect fried eggs to be hard for you. 😂 but hey you can cook alot of things I can't so don't feel to bad.
Haha 🤣 we are the queens of kitchen chaos for a reason
Thank you for suffering through that last recipe 🥚🍳
It all looks delicious 😋
You did well! A lot of Japanese home cooks don't serve omurice with soft eggs, so kudos for trying
You need to use a smaller pan for the second egg dish
Great !
wooo love your videos

Zen feeling herself towards the end ❤

Went from feeling egg-cellant to egg-hausted 😅 couldn’t help myself. Love love love your videos!
I thought I was the only one who scared of fried eggs 😂😂
Bcs my mom look fine whenever she cook something that can cause an oil battle 😂😂
The marinade egg looks like a good make ahead lunch idea.
It's so good!
That looks so delicious! 🤤 Also, I've always wanted to say how cool I think Alfred's tattoo is 😎😍
I watched this with my daughter and she pointed at Zenn saying: Aww she looks cute.
Thought I'd share 😂
For the omelette rice egg, you are using the wrong pan for that. You need a omellete frying pan. You are using a skillet pan. The difference is the weight and the shape of the walls. The omelette fry pan is lighter and has sloped sides to make it easier to fold and flip the egg. A skillet pan is heavier and has straight deep sides. Keep the omellet pan constantly moving when you are stirring it so the heat does not over cook the eggs. Hope these tips helps a little bit.
Plz try making Indian full... You will definitely love it
Egg trauma 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 u did great, Tina. ❤❤❤❤
Foodiechina, his recipes always look so good and the Mississippi River lol
It is 6 o'clock in the morning But now i am hungry 😂❤
Hi Tina, Love you from SOUTH AFRICA. Ube nosuku oluhle. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
8:21 My mom used to make dish similar to this. It's called endog kintel. Eggs are cooked in coconut milk based soup, but they're poached instead of fried.
There's a bit of a difference between jang jorim eggs (mangchi's) recipe vs. mayak eggs as they aren't considered the same dish really in Korea :). If you add some avocado to the recipes along side eggs it is soo good.
I don't know why but i love your videos
Btw love from Bangladesh ❤
I got reminded of Michel Pham egg video 😂😂😂
Tina, would you try any of Nara Smith recipes?
Everything looks amazing! Quick tip: The pan is splattering because the oil is too hot. You can add oil to cool it off and stop the splattering.
Oooh you should have atried turkish eggs too! I havent but have been seeing them all over the internet
If you want the yolk centered when you boil eggs. You need to gently stir them in a circle in the pot to center the yolk
Also video idea. Get a chef to join your videos to redo some of your failed recipes
The soy marinated eggs looks so good with rice and maybe some kimchi....ooohhhhh
Add small a pinch of flour to the oil, no more popping eggs! 👌
9:40 Tina panicking in the foreground and calm Alfred in the background 😂
There's a indian egg recipe called Anda bhurji try it, I think you'll like it coz it's flavorful and spicy
I love watching your videos ❤🫶🏻
❤❤❤
Double thumbs up for egg recipes❤
Im the same way with oil😂😂 i can't stand it, im terrified
I want to make the soy marinated eggs, but i want to make like 2. Do i just cut the measurements or?
Omurice eggs are really hard to make. I think you did an ok job.
My teenage son loves to cook for himself, and eggs are his go to. He uses a flat silicone spatula to flip his eggs. Maybe the curved metal tool was fighting against you? Love you Tina! ❤️
Journey from being egg-cited to egg-haunted 😅
Aaaaw Tina you missed the opportunity for an egghausted pun at the end 😂
😋😋😋♥️
Haha those poor eggs....RIP EGGS!! 💔🍳🥚🍳
Hi I am from India and I am 14 year
Girl I love your cooking videos❤ can u do more recipes with cheese and also recipes that are spicy
You missed the chance to say eggshausting at the end😂❤
What is the soy sauce you used in the first egg?
Love you all 💜
❤
Tip on boiling eggs: before placing them in the water, tab the bottom flat part on the counter until it makes a light "tick" sound. It separates the membrane from the egg ( I dont know exactly) and it makes it easier to peel after. Make sure to crack the whole egg by tapping the top and bottom and rubbing the whole thing on the counter. Too much explanation for boiled eggs 😂😂😂
You don't need that much oil for fry the eggs of the second recipe if the lan is non stick
Sooo hungry after this video xD Can we also have more baby Lyla/Family content, please? ^_^
For the fried egg, you need a turner that is flat. You were using a spoon like utensil. Flat will make it easier to flip a fried egg. Also there was to much oil.
tina, what lashes are you wearing in this video? so pretty
If your pan is non-stick, you should not need that much oil to fry your eggs. I usually do a 1/2 tablespoon of oil and some butter. That is only if my pan is non-stick, which yours looked like.
Now I know for next time 😅
For the Japanese egg i think you need a smaller pan i want to see you try it with a small pan please 😅
can you pls upload more air fryer recipes? pls
