    The cauliflower recipe is not something new in South Asian culture and it's something that's made quite easily. It's more crunchy when rice flour is used and fried in oil, but everyone makes it differently. So glad you made them Tina !!

      @@SSH1412 Ya I myself have come across many such videos where they just replace some ingredients and call them their originals. Ofcourse they can change ingredients because cooking is all about experiments but atleast respect the original.

    As someone who has to be gluten free, I love all the rice paper recipes - especially the dumpling ones because you can put anything in them. I've tried putting spring roll and samosa filling in them and I've also made mozarella cheese sticks with them which was so good!

      All Ayam brand sauces are gluten free (and delicious) and endorsed by Coelic Australia, if you are looking for gf sauces for dipping.

      @@otherjulie Yep thats the brand I use too! It can be a little expensive compared to some other brands but as I'm the only celiac in my household I don't go through it very quickly and the rest of my family uses the regular soy sauce from aldi. It's mostly the soy sauce that I go through quickest so I like to stock up on that when they're on sale.

    The cauliflower bites.. It's done in India.. I love them a lot.. And recently I made them by frying the cauliflower in oil and then mixing the sauce.. While using air fryer.. It might not fry properly and that's why it was not crunchy.. And Tina.. I love ur cooking videos.. And take care..

      Technically it wasn't ramen. I don't know why people think all instant noodles are ramen. Even if they were ramen noodles, without soup it isn't ramen. :-P Indomie is stir-fry noodles, so not the same as ramen noodles. Remember, ramen is a two part dish: noodles and soup. The noodles on their own don't count as ramen.

    The cauliflower one is very common for Indians we like to enjoy it with good tea mostly in rainy season...you can use other vegetables like potatoes onions or even paneer (Indian cottage cheese )

    I tried the vanilla ice cream/soy sauce one...I actually liked it! But you have to put in a TINY amount of soy sauce and mix it up super well. Idk if I'd say it tastes like salted caramel exactly, but I liked it 🤷‍♀️

    I used to work at a boba shop and we had basil seeds as a tea topping, which are pretty identical to chia seeds in terms of size and texture. So yummy! Also, I make my chia seed pudding with coconut milk, it goes sooo well with various fruits😋

    3:59 i made these quite a few times, my favorite was i used samyang carbo noodles! i wrapped it in the rice paper with imitation crab, mozzarella cheese, green onions and one time i added a bit of fried egg. so good! u can do anything u want with it

    Actually for the cauliflower recipe, try to put it into hot water (salt and ½ tsp of sugar) for 6 to 8 mins...it will change the whole taste.

    THE CAULIFLOWER ONE IS MY CHILDHOOD SNACK !!! My grandma used to make me those ... harvesting cauliflower from the garden then boiling them making a salty pancake(russian) mix putting them in and then 1 by one cooking on the pan eating with garlic sauce 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤

    I make overnight oats with chia seeds mixed in. I'm terrible about snacking between meals but it keeps me full for a lot longer than other breakfasts. 😂

    I would do an honest 5-10 more minutes for the cauliflower. Those veggies like the cauli, broccoli, celery, carrots, can retain a lot of water just naturally. So the first 10 mins is dehydrating and the next 10-15 is really crunching them up!!! I would def try ‘em again 🙌🏽🙌🏽

    The only concern I would have for the tteokbokki being “gluten free” is the premade sauce. The gochujang paste could have wheat in it

      Those weren't ramen noodles. Can people please stop thinking all instant noodles are ramen noodles? :-P Even if they were ramen *noodles,* the noodles on their own don't count as ramen. If there's no soup, it isn't ramen.
