Bugs seem to love me too and I actually didn't find them bad at all in Hawaii. This time we were visiting in February and I only got a couple of bites from whatever was living in the sand while I was sitting on the beach. They left me alone during our hikes. In April, I found I needed mosquito repellent for a couple of hikes when it had been raining but overall not too bad at all. For me, the bugs are much worse in Mexico.
@@newtravelescapes Hi Nancy, glad the bugs were not so bad in Hawaii. I got lucky in Mexico, but not so lucky in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. Bugs just love my body chemistry. The White Lotus was great!. It's only 6 episodes per season. The first season took place in Hawaii, so that's why I was think about it while watching this video. The second season took place in Italy. take care.
