    This gives me hope I can’t even sit or lay …. I’m 46 and the pain I. My knees and legs 🦵 down into my feet:
    This is what they told me: Strightenig of the ervical lordosis compatible with muscle spasem.
    2. C2-C3, 1mm bulge indents the ventral thecal sac.
    3. C3-C4, annular tear with 2 mm herniation impinges on the cord. Canal is mildly stenotic.
    4. C4-C5, left and right paracentral herniation measures 3 mm. Superimposed bulge is seen. Mild to moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis.
    5. C5-C6, left paracentral herniation measures 3 mm. Mild left foraminal stenosis."
    Report of Thoracic Spine MRI without contrast dated 8/23/2021 indicates:
    "IMPRESSION:
    1. T5-T6, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord. Canal is borderline stenotic.
    2. T6-T7, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord. Canal is borderline stenotic.
    3. T7-T8, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord.
    borderline stenotic."
    Report of Lumbar Spine MRI without contrast dated 8/2/2021 indicates:
    "IMPRESSION:
    1. L5-S1, central and right paracentral herniated disc measures up to 6 mm. Superimposed bulge is seen. Moderate right and mild left foraminal stenosis. Bilateral hypertrophic facet disease is seen.
    2. L4-L5, annular tear with central herniation measures 4 mm indents the ventral thecal sac. Superimposed bulge is seen .Mild to moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis. Bilateral hypertrophic facet disease is seen."
    Report of X-rays of Lumbar spine dated 10/3/2018 indicates (From eCare Everywhere):
    "IMPRESSION: 1. Lumbar spine is anatomically aligned without radiographically evident fracture.2. 3 mm right renal calculi. Consider routine outpatient renal ultrasound to confirm.
    INDICATION: 40 years old; Female. Symptom/Location/Duration: Work-related injury. Patient is a nurse who fell from her height while transporting a patient. Patient reported hearing a crack upon falling. Site of pain at approximately L4.TECHNIQUE: AP, lateral, L5-S1 spot
    views of the lumbar spine. Comparison: None.FINDINGS:ALIGNMENT: Vertebral bodies show anatomic alignment.VERTEBRA: No fracture. Minimal anterior osteophytosis of the lower lumbar spine.DISC SPACES: Mild disc height narrowing of L5-S1.SOFT TISSUES: There are at least 2 calcifications which project over the right renal shadow in the mid and lower pole, each measuring about 3 mm"
