I have sciatic pain.... i tried everything and nothing works. My HMO doesnt cover surgery, chiropractic doesn't help at all... im looking for a miracle at this point

Dr Forest Tenant is against this.Its unnecessary for Adhesive Arachnoiditis because there is mo cure he explains being the world renowned Chronic Pain researcher for most of his entire life. C3-C4, annular tear with 2 mm herniation impinges on the cord. Canal is mildly stenotic. 4. C4-C5, left and right paracentral herniation measures 3 mm. Superimposed bulge is seen. Mild to moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis. 5. C5-C6, left paracentral herniation measures 3 mm. Mild left foraminal stenosis." Report of Thoracic Spine MRI without contrast dated 8/23/2021 indicates: "IMPRESSION: 1. T5-T6, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord. Canal is borderline stenotic. 2. T6-T7, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord. Canal is borderline stenotic. 3. T7-T8, shallow 1.5 mm herniation approaches the cord. borderline stenotic." No one takes my pain serious 🧐

Acdf c4 and 5 I can barely hold my head up without pain it's been years pain started after I took a minor fall walking. Now I cannt walk for any length of time and I'm having issues with scar tissue and swallowing. I want to.thank the young lady on her cell phone who hit my car. I cannt even hold my grandchild

Dr.Thanks for your teaching nim suffering for ladt 16 yesrs n under treatment with Neuro n Ortho Dr after seeing abt 25 orthos n Rhuematologists apart from them. Its become chronic n i suffer a lot with aches n pains from head to the toe. I cant find any relief.. Tnx n regards.

What is the name of this surgery ?

I just got my mri results and I have severe foraminal stenosis left side of my neck C4 C5 and moderate on the right. In addition to my neck problems I also have narrowing in my Lumbar as well and am about to get another mri in a couple weeks and I have spinal stenosis on my central canal in my thoracic that is moderate. I am considering surgery on my neck it’s gotten to the point it’s bothering me on a daily basis and the radio frequency ablation did not work last month!

I don't take pain meds except for Tylenol 500s. I take Gabapentin. I have severe bilateral neural foraminal narrowing & left neural foraminal narrowing. No one wants to do surgery because I'm 52 and overweight 😢😢😢I live with pain everyday. It's so depressing.

I have it in 4 different places. My left leg is numb all the time. I have so much lower back pain. Ive done everything other then surgery. I was told by a doctor never get it cause 90% of patients get worse

Dr Bonati is an amazing doctor from everything that I've read about him and his successes. He is simply an amazing surgeon!! I only wish that he was more affordable for a common working man, like myself!! I talked with him on the phone over a year ago, and he's very thorough in his explanation about the procedures. He asked questions and actually had the answers to them pretty much before I did ! I'd have to say he's dine this a time or two!! He listens to you like he actually cares about you. Please give us hard-working folks an easier way to become pain-free after years of being in agony without having to take out a mortgage!!! That's all I have 🤷‍♂️... Maybe someday I'll have a different story to tell you all !! I can only hope and pray 🙏

I would be surprised if he didn't have AA pain flare-ups any longer and this was a procedure for chronic pain. When you have AA, you don't have pain when you move or something you did, you get random pain flare-ups from hell at the same time you have chronic pain, which is different.

Had something like this. It wasn't funny. Nerve pain is one of the worst pains ever. You feel like cutting off the limb will end the pain. I was on Paracetamol 1g, Naproxen, Paraflex, Gabapentin and oxycodone. I can walk now but I still have pain after a few minutes of walking. Some days the pain is less while other days it can be really painful. I'm still on gabapentin 300mg thrice daily.

Excellent video. Excellent specialist informative. I have had a bad fall. 7 months ago. Had leminectomy some 50 ago. Now dropped gate left side. Can’t walk much have walker. Over how I am very bad groined pain, buttocks both sides both thighs Dr advise need L4/5 fussion with spacer. Pentical stews and rods just very worried 72 I have stenosis. Legs just go on me now I have had 5 falls over 7 months. Also C5,6&7 bone spurs both arms hands affected. On waiting list at a public Hospital in NSW Sydney. PAIN is out of this world burning meds are some help however they don’t always work. If I have lower area where spondylitis is what about top C area 72 I have can’t sleep much what a life.😊

I had in may 2024 anterior and posterior cervical spine surgery the headaches are unbearable, am going in end of june for 2 nd post op visit hopefully i will find relief from headache so bad the only way to sleep is sitting am refused pain med only tylenol which is little help My left arm still numb cant use it much feels so weird i was told it will go away in about 2 months Cant drive yet legs numb I am to go back to work aug 3 The shoulders hurt Hopefully i will get better had a virus at end may till now 3 rd week of june to make it worse Am afraid of rejection to screws cause am ANA+
