Someone knows how to do the scratch video effect at the beginning of the video? With programs like adobe premiere??
Not sure if it is what they used but you can use motion blur and direct it horizontally. Haven't really used Premiere but in Adobe After Effects you can keyfame the effect to make it increase/decrease which can be pretty cool if use right.

He plays a lot of video games , and he gets to the universe and his brother is this like celebrity ninjas whos helped everyone. He has this ninja gauntlet that lets him "Fuse" with his companions the harpie is the one I remember , and he uses that to fight these giant mech things. Any help?
