Microwave Mug Meals

Hey everyone , hope you all are fine . Today I am going to make 5 Microwave Mug recipes recipe, kindly follow all the steps as shown in video.

Recipe 1 : Mac & Cheese
In a mug take 3/4 cup of macaroni (preferably small one) . Fill the water till the level of macaroni, add some salt . Microwave for 3 min. Then add 1tsp butter, 5 +1/2 tbsp milk, 1tsp cornflour, some black pepper powder, cheese, oregano and mix all well. Microwave for 1 min and it's ready. Sprinkle some oregano on top.
Recipe 2 : Mug Dhokla/Khaman
In a mug add 4tbsp semolina, 4tbsp gram flour(besan) . Make batter using water, batter should be in a thin consistency. Rest it for 5min. After that add salt, 1/2tsp sugar, 1tsp oil, 1/4tsp asafetida(hing), 1/2tsp eno. Microwave for 2min 30 sec.
For tempering heat a small pan on a cooktop then add 2tsp oil, 6-7 curry leaf, 1/2tsp mustard seed, water . Quantity of water should be enough to cover the dhokla completely. Then add 1/2tsp vinegar, salt, 1/2tsp sugar, bring it to a boil and pour over warm dhokla, cover and rest for 10 min.
Recipe 3: Mug Chocolate Cake(dense fudgy cake)
In a mug add 4tbsp all purpose flour, 3tbsp sugar(brown/white), 2tbsp cocoa powder, 4tbsp milk, 2tbsp oil, 1/2tsp vanilla essence, pinch of salt. Mix all well. Also add some chocolate chunks(optional). Microwave for 1min 50sec. Sprinkle some sugar or top it up with some chocolate sauce or ice cream.
Recipe 4 : Besan(gram flour) Chilla
In a mug add 4tbsp gram flour, 3tbsp all purpose flour, 1/2tsp baking powder. Add water to make a semi thick batter. Next add some salt, 1/2tsp butter, some chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, green coriander. I also added some croutons which is optional. Microwave for 3min 45sec. Top it up with some butter .
Recipe 5 : Mug Pizza
In a mug add 3tbsp All purpose flour, 1/8tsp baking powder, pinch of baking soda, some salt, 1/4tsp sugar, 1/4tsp oregano, 1tsp curd, 1tsp oil, 3tbsp water. Mix them all well. Now on top of this mix spread some pizza sauce without pressing it into the batter. Then add some veggies of your choice, chilli flakes, oregano, mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 2min. Top it up with some more chilli flakes and oregano.
