4 tbsp Maida
1 1/2 tbsp Cheeni Powder
1/16 tsp / 2 pinch Baking Powder
1/2 pinch Baking Soda
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Condensed Milk
1-2 drop Vinegar
1/2 tbsp Cream
Chocolate Sauce aur Sprinkles - to garnish

I tried it, it was awesome 🤩.First time, my batter got hard and little bit brown from inside at the bottom after overall cooking. But 2nd time, I carefully did the mixing part and made sure that no flour left unmixed, and it turned out divine.😋
