Unboxing videos that clearly show how items and support materials were placed in the box layer by layer are the best. watched one for a food processor with multiple attachments. that appliance boxing drove me nuts.
I used this video to figure out how to pack this thing up and send it back to Amazon. For $400 we weren’t impressed. It does get a lot of dirt, but leaves streaks on real wood, is leaky, and very high maintenance. And doesn’t get sticky/harder spots. Will try a Shark instead. We like their vacuums.
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you, it does have a lot of different accessories available such as spinner heads and fluids, we have had nothing but good luck with ours.

That’s part of the reason for unboxing videos I think is for returns. Lol
