FILMING 'A PLACE IN THE SUN' - AN ESTATE AGENTS VIDEO DIARY

As well as finding homes for those who contact us directly, we also source properties for the popular TV show 'A Place in the Sun' when they are filming on the Costa del Sol.
This video is a diary of our work on one just episode. We hope it gives you an interesting 'behind the scenes' peak at the work involved in every episode from an agent's perspective. We are just a small cog in the wheel but even our role takes 3 weeks for each episode; for the production company, each episode takes several months from the day the buyers are found to the day the finished episode is passed over to Channel 4.
We did not mention it in the diary but we like to highlight just how invested the producers and presenters are in every buyer on the show. They are genuinely excited for the buyers when they find a property... whether on the show or afterwards.
