    Thanks for sharing 😊💕 This is how I also preserved my okro and it very nice and if I want to cook it I don't defrost it when it's time to add it I just bring it at from the fridge and add it to the pot of soup because when you deforst it it's Will change color and flavour.💖

    Thank you so much, Auntie Flo for this video. It was as if you know. I live in Ireland and I visit African shop once in four months. Most times, I buy Okra in small quantity because of the fear that it will go bad. But with this video and very good to go for bigger quantities of Okra. I love all your videos. ❤️

    Nicely done ma, I just cut them into chunky bits, maybe 3 in pieces, and freeze first in foil, then pack them up,like you do. Once I want to use it, I just pour the quantity I want into a food processor and blitz to whatever size I want.

    Chaii Anty Flo Thank you so much for this video. So 2 years ago a friend visited and gifted me lots of okra and I didn't know how to preserve it. I ended up cooking 4 pots of soup then stored in the freezer

    Have learnt yet another one placing the cut okra on aluminium foil before putting it in a plastic bag wow I usually cut and just pack it in my plastic bags and then put it in the freezer.I can see the difference now.

    Sister Chiyere, you do say that Canada is -40 degrees😂😂 but we are lucky to have fresh okra all year round thanks to our southern neighbors. Though fresh fruits and vegetables are more expensive during the winter than summer. This is a great tip.

    This is the same way I preserve mine though i don't but mine in aluminum paper, I just cut, put in the bag and transfer to freeze

    My okra l freeze as a whole and the day l want to cook,l bring it out and cut it while frozen and it last forever when l keep in the freezer and it taste the same as the one just bought in the market, but don't cut the okra if it has defrosted.

    Yes I'd love to see how the frozen okra looks after cooking with it coz I am always skeptical about it not looking fresh.
