- Hey guys, this video is part of the Xbox 360 customization I upload a few weeks ago. The controller was very dirty and with a few dents and scratches in its case. Cleaned, sanded and painted with the same colors to match the console.White and rose gold. I decided to buy new buttons instead using the old ones. I hope you enjoy the video.

8/30...i cleaned soaked in warm water......and painted my Xbox 360 controller looks so cool...My next step console....Awesome Video...

I Had No idea That X box controller You Have to Put Battery in the Back of the Controller. I am Learning Something New Everytime. This is Why I Just subscribe to your channel.
It was so terrible, man. I wished that I had a corded controller, because those batteries were a PAIN.
They did offer a play and charge kit, which replaced the batteries with a rechargeable battery.
@@CaveyMoth Thanks to the fact that it works with batteries, the joystick can "live" infinitely, you don't need to buy spare parts for a specific lithium battery when it fails

Doesn't the paint peel off with that ACRYLIC varnish?
I used acrylic lacquer and this one peeled off from the heat of the hands
This looks amazing. How does the paint coating hold up under use on those plastics?

how long does the paint stay on...especially giventhe high frequency and intensity use of a controller or similar items
If you give it proper time and time to set up and dry a full 4 days it’s pretty indestructible I have done several myself

I knew you'd have a very unique mod, but this was really tasteful. Did the damage to the right thumbstick (cracked off cap) create a problem to getting that stick working again?
No, I bought the consoles and controllers like this. There is no reason to me to create a problem.

The hardware was working ok but the stick was broken. I bought the sticks and buttons in ebay. 👍🏻

I did use a degreaser mixed with water to clean everything before painting.
