He is actually in a worse seat in motorsport now then he was in F1.. now has even less chance to be successful in WEC by driving for Alpine. Domino's effect sometimes in motorsport.. also his goal is to be f1 champion like his dad, so your weird opinion doesn't help him

@@kpcart I am fairly sure that is the goal for most hypercar drivers really. Does not mean it is achievable. Also Alpine may not be top tier but then let's face it - atm only Toyota, Ferrari and Porsche are really top 10. And also when picking drivers teams look at multiple things and not just that currently candidate drives for Alpine. There are also drivers that are now driving hypercars for either Porsche or Ferrari and a few years ago they were just average GTE or LMP2 drivers.
Theres a lot of young drivers in WEC hope to see them stick with it for a long time

You can tell he’s pushing! I really hope Mick gets another shot at F1, maybe in a Williams this time. It was just bad timing for his first years to be in that horrible Haas car. He didn’t get a chance to show his true potential.

F1: single-turbo 1.6-litre V6, with MGU-H and own whole hybrid system

Imola was different for Alpine, an incomprehensible red flag in quali who trap both Alpine at the outside of top 10 and a crash at T1 at the start of the race.
In Qatar for their first race they did a top 10
