In olden days only the smartest people use to go aboard especially Europe and North America for studies. But now sadly majority are not going to study but getting a pr is prime importance.
I hope students in Kerala understand the value of a masters/PhD degree. This is the reason why none of the restrictions affect that them. You have to stop relying on these agencies like Santamonica and start applying on your own. For context, I came to Vancouver in 2018 to do my masters at UBC. Its been 5.5 years, and I got my citizenship last year. Study permit, work permit, PR and citizenship were very easy to tackle. No questions asked if you have studied at a university. We need to educate malayalis back home that doing university applications on your own is not a headache
If the new spousal work permit rule gets implemented before submitting paperworks for work permit, we may not be able to bring our family. Sorry to be the bearers of the news.

If you have received the student visa, you will no longer need the attestation letter. It is required for all those new applications who are yet to submit their study visa applications.
