Cap height is your bust measurement, divided by 12, then add half an inch if using inches.

Joy Joshua hello, the 6" I measured can be adjusted to give you the exact measurements you desire. measure your "roundsleeve" or bicep plus any allowance or ease you are adding and make sure it can fit into the line where the cap height stops.

Hello dear, I did. Please measure your armhole to be sure about yours but if you are a small size, 9-10" should be fine
