Been doing this for 3 months around 5 minutes twice daily. There seems to be noticeably more hair on my crown .
But doesn't it loosen the hair follicles?

Short and straight to the point - great!
It's been a week since i came across this video. I have been dealing with thinning, hair fall, and a lot of inflammation. I would oil my scalp but would not help with inflammation. This video is such a gift! I have been doing this massage in the morning right after i get up. My inflammation has gone down significantly! Thank you so much! I will be doing this every day.
It’s also because you are eating something to cause this. You need to fix it asap
Wonderful video & great information! Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with us. I will definitely be incorporating this into my hair care routine.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’ve seen the results myself! The scalp massages are key. This was one of my favorite things to give clients.

TY for clarifying to proper technique for hair scal message. Once I used your method and then applied my serum, Inimnediately noticed a big difference. My scalp began to tingle!! TY I’ll continue this method for sure!!

This moron is not a medical doctor of any kind. Trichology is a medical hoax, and they are not trained as doctors. Ever wonder why he doesn’t use “M.D.” in any of his material? He’s not a doctor, he’s a charlatan. Visit a dermatologist, they are ACTUALLY qualified to practice medicine and can provide you with factual hair loss advice. God bless!
I trust this guy from the bottom of my heart. I mean, look at his hair.
I thought the same thing! His hair looks nice.
Agreed
It true. I used to be sooo stressed out at how many TONS of hair fall I've got. Even the hairdresser say so😱. After followed this method & some scalp tonic. It improved alot.
By the way, I almost wanted to buy that rubber head massage.
He clearly says it's a wig in every video.

Wow!! One of the most informative & sensible videos I have ever seen. All others only address the superficial issues whereas you nailed the exact one
I will definitely try this. I'm so happy I found this channel!
Thanks to you I learnt that I was actually facing an inflammatory hairloss . I am also trying to get into the blood type diet .Thank you so much for all the value you provide here .
Was your scalp inflamed?
How did you treat bro
@@TheGlowingOnee Sorry for the late reply. Yes I have scalp inflammation. My scalp is itchy and hot especially on the right side of my head . I also have sinus so I do not know if that is causing that .
@@ajaykiran5248 I can't say that it is properly cured but I do face less inflammation now . I am trying to follow the blood type diet and avoid stuff that is bad for my blood type(I am an O blood type). For hair loss I use Minoxidil 5% and a low level light comb alongside using a derma roller . I try to oil three times a week mainly by using rosemary, coconut and peppermint oil .
I had that issue take turmeric daily with probiotics. Incorporate salads in your diet on a normal basis. I used a turmeric shampoo and conditioner to relieve the inflammation this brand also have a turmeric oil as well. I also used Renpure Biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner it really helped with growth fast.
I’m taking all of these tips to really regrow my thin areas
Thank sir for you valuable videos. They have been a great source of knowledge on my hair regrowth journey. Your scalp over skull teaching has been a game changer for me. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
Pattern hair loss is caused by a predisposed genetic sensitivity to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), not poor blood circulation. For men, finasteride and minoxidil are perfectly safe and clinically proven treatments. For women, topical minoxidil is available in a lower dose, but it’s best to talk with your dermatologist about proper treatment; not with this fool trying to make money from people!
@@haydendupire7432You're the fool, no one cares about your trolling.
Stop with the stupid euphemisms. Just call it what it is. Daily massages and maintenance for keeping and regrowing hair. It's not a "journey."
@@georgevincent1834 Thanks for bringing me back to the video 👍
The word Journey is not a euphemism. The meaning of word euphemism is the substitution of a mild or pleasant expression for one that is too strong or unpleasant. For example, " pass away" is a widely used euphemism for someone who has died. I used the word journey to describe my hair growth progress. Make sure you know the meaning of a word before you use it and further more my comment was addressed to the channel creator and not yourself. There's no need to be rude, thank you.
You can tell ha is a pro just by looking at his hair.
Amazing.
I press 3 fingers from each hand downward (not rubbing) and press firmly, to force blood out of the my scalp. Blood then flows back into the tissue. No rubbing. Just pressure.
I've seen the results myself ❤💯🙏
How long did it take and it help grow longer hair
i have started doing the scalp massage a few days ago and has begun to see a difference already. I had been experiencing a burning sensation on my scalp for years now, and the massage has been helping that as well. Thank you very much for this information.
I'm glad to help!
Update ?
Oh gosh, you have beautiful hair! I’m going to have a go at this because am so depressed with my thin hair, have even had a biopsy to find out what is happening. Hospital was useless, offering me a wig! Thank you 🥰

Yes and he's not selling anything
nice. I actually stretch my scalp skin when i take showers. i'll do 1 go of pushing the skin together in little sections from left to right from front to back. then i'll push down lightly and pull same as the pushing "squeezing". seems to be helping or at least not making things worse.
This guy gave REAL true advice! Kudos! 🙂🙏🏼⭐

In few words : It works ! .. .got to change many to of habits : need at least a GOOD shower/week. Shampoo for baby or very smooth 2-3 /week. Pull my hair many times everyday taking out ☠️/weak hair. ..last thing : got to be used with very short hair on sides and 🔙.. .I'm still bald but hair growth back on clear location ! So I can say : it works !
Best advice ever!
Guys, don't lose hope. As someone who has the most aggressive hair loss (my two brothers were Norwood 7 by 28-30), not to mention aggressive retrograde alopecia as well, all my cousins in both families are Norwood 6-7 by 30. I am 32 and have managed to keep 90% of my hair. Unfortunately I experienced bad side effects from finasteride and had to quit. However, using minoxidil + microneedling saved my hair. I strongly believe that DHT is related to blood circulation, which in turn due to low supply leads to hair loss. I used a derma roller + minoxidil and kept losing hair. Once I switched to a high-quality pen, within two months my shedding stopped and my hair started to get thicker by month 4 with a lot of new growth. I have followed this protocol for 5 years and haven't lost ground. It's possible-just be consistent. use a good Pen and do NOT skip sessions. If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.
which pen brand are you using? thanks for this comment by the way
how many mm are you using for the scalp?
Korabeauticals, theirs needles are currently the thinnest in the market as far as I know
1.5mm once a week, never missed a treatment
do you suggest any oil/balsam/whatever to use additionally to the needle pen?
I've tried his method for one week and my hair loss decreased noticeably like 70% thanks

Really appreciate the video. Will this work for regrowing the hairline?
Great video! One question though; is it harmful to do a massage for a longer period of time? Every study that I read about scalp massages mentions more than 1 minute of massaging.

I'd love to massage my scalp and it's great to finally hear the proper technique from a professional.. But my scalp is so sensitive, dandruff prone (not sure if it's sd or psoriasis) and dehydrated, that no matter how delicate I am with it... It gets really irritated and the roots hurt a lot. I don't know how to massage my scalp anymore or do anything with it! I can't even brush my hair properly.. It has to be utterly delicate
Same problem....sebowash shampoo helps a bit
Same with me
Shampoo has a cancer agent in it ..maybe that's the problem

Hey William great videos, wanted to know if you needed a video editor/thumbnail designer for the channel?
Yes. Send your resume, SS#, birth date, mother's maiden name, address, blood type, two credit cards, a $200 gift card and an audio of your voice saying "yes" to me. I'll make sure he gets them.
Headstand exercises are also very helpful combined with the above mentioned massage. Just don't overdo the headstand. Recommended time is 1 minute, 5 minutes is deadly as too much blood will flow to the brain.
Yes beautiful oxygenated blood go to the follicle and you have growth. My hair is 3 ft in length.❤

He boss! Thx for the video. I recently realized my hairline isn't stright anymore i mean if i look up close to the the area where there is receding i can see little black hair, not thin but sooo little mini black hairs i dont know if thats AGA or some other condition but you think i can use rosemary and derma stamp and is it safe to use derma stamp on my hairline since i still got active hair follicles! Plus i had oily scalp how should i use rosemarry to grow hair if i got oily scalp. Thanks :)
What topical formula do you recommend?
This is good. No endorsement
Are cold showers good or bad for your hair health? Are warm to cold showers better?
Hello and thank you for the informative video. I massage my hair every evening for about 10 minutes. Is that rather counterproductive or pointless? Stupid question, but your time specification is 90 seconds. Greetz from Germany.
Would this help if you’re going it in isolation i.e. not following up with a topical treatment?
I’m currently using a silicone, manual scalp massager for 15 minutes daily. I do it in such a way that moves scalp over skull so I’m hoping it’s beneficial. Been doing it for nearly 3 months so far alongside weekly rosemary oil application. Early days but hoping for good results.
Do we need oil or can we do it without. How consistent do we do this like everyday and how long till results does it rebuild hair.
Thanks for this video❤ I been massaging my scalp but didn’t realize you should move the scalp 👍🏻 I did read that hair loss is due to poor circulation🤔 my problem is my hair has grown back but it seems to fall out again and doesn’t grow more than a couple of inches…is this a certain condition I’m missing?
You would really need a personalized understanding of what's going on. We are happy to help

@@haydendupire7432 I think the video does say the massage is in addition to treatment, as in it enhances it and not replaces it. I have watched quite a few videos of people who themselves had hair loss and they say massage was surprisingly helpful. Likely more a factor in stress loss of hair, but I can't imagine increasing circulation with massage would not be useful at all no matter what the reason for the loss.
yas, i think massage my scalp with my own hand is so better, than with massager stuff.
do silicone scalp scrubbers work for flaky scalps provided we keep the frequency once a week to prevent any side-effects?
Love from india sir ❤
Started doing this about a month and a half ago, if you truly want to speed up your hair growth, DO THIS! This works so good for me. Every night I put some rosemary oil into my hair and then massage it in. The results really show.
Can you please make a video on hair trimming? Is it good for hair? And if yes, how often should we trim our hair and how much?
Seriously?
Yes! Hair trimming is a very important thing in maintaining healthy hair. You should trim your hair every 3-6 months and should cut about 1-3 inches depending upon your hair condition. You can search that on Google as well. Hope this helps
@@arbeena6028 He's a doctor not a barber lol.
I have a thin layer of skin on my scalp and skin that does not move very much. I once knew a hairdresser with thick lustrous hair and his scalp skin was thick and spongy - I guess that means he had a good supply of blood to his follicles. I’ve always had thin, fine hair which has just got worse with age.
When you have hair for subcutaneous, fat layer is thicker… Typically around 9 mm. When you are totally bald, then it shrinks down to 2 mm.
